Foreman

Foreman / auto components

Your presses and CNCs only earn while they run. We show you when they stop.

In an auto-component or engineering shop, in Rajkot, Pune or anywhere presses, CNCs, castings and forgings make the margin, the losses are quiet: an idle machine, a changeover that drags, a helmet that comes off near an overhead load, scrap that leaves in the wrong pocket. We watch your existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus or Dahua cameras and put those moments on your phone with photo evidence. Installs in 60 seconds.

01

The margin leaks no report shows you

A job-work shop runs on thin margins, quoted rates and machines that must run to pay for themselves. The leaks that erode those margins rarely show up in any register. The CNC that sat idle forty minutes waiting for material. The press changeover that took two hours instead of one. The night shift that started late. The finished components and non-ferrous scrap that shrink a little every month. The dispatch that left with one carton fewer than the challan says.

Each of these is visible on the cameras you already own. We watch every connected camera and tell you what a supervisor with a stopwatch cannot.

  • Works with your existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus or Dahua DVR or NVR, and any RTSP or ONVIF camera
  • Watches every connected camera, across every shift
  • Detection runs on site, and your continuous video stays on your premises

02

Idle machines and long changeovers, measured at last

We set this up for your shop. We read from the camera whether a machine or line is running or stopped, and flag late starts, long changeovers and idle stretches on the machines you mark as critical. Instead of guessing why a target slipped, you see which station went quiet, when and for how long.

Add a rule in plain words, such as "tell me in the evening if CNC-2 was stopped for more than 30 minutes", and the daily summary does the rest. Over a month, the recovered minutes are capacity you already paid for.

  • Running or stopped status for presses, CNCs and lines, configured for your shop
  • Late-start, idle-time and long-changeover flags on the machines that matter
  • A daily summary that shows where the shift went

03

Helmets, man-down and near-misses on a floor that bites

Presses, forgings and overhead loads punish a missing helmet. We set up helmet and vest checks for the zones you choose, and we alert you with a photo when someone works without them, so the habit holds when no supervisor is standing there.

Man-down and forklift near-miss are also set up for your site. Man-down watches for a person on the ground who stays down, which matters most behind machines and in corners nobody passes for an hour. Near-miss flags a forklift and a person too close in a lane you mark, so you see the pattern of close calls before one becomes an injury. We flag it fast. Your people decide and act.

  • Helmet and vest checks in press bays, configured for your cameras
  • Man-down alerts, set up for the areas where people work alone
  • Forklift near-miss alerts where forklifts and people share aisles

04

Finished goods, scrap and the dispatch gate

Machined components and non-ferrous scrap are dense value that fits in a bag. We detect people and vehicles after hours, flag movement near finished-goods racks and scrap bins when there should be none, and tell you when a camera is covered, sprayed, blacked out or knocked out of focus.

At the gate, we can set up vehicle and dispatch logging for your site, giving you a visual record of what left and when, so a dispatch dispute becomes a lookup instead of an argument.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts for the shop, stores and scrap yard
  • Vehicle and dispatch logging at the gate, set up for your site
  • Camera-tampering alerts, standard on every site

Install in 60 seconds, then set up what your shop needs

Nothing to buy and nothing to rewire. Our software installs on a computer at your shop in 60 seconds and connects to your existing DVR or NVR. Then our team works with you, and your own installer if you like, to set up the machine, PPE and gate checks your shop needs.

Alerts arrive on Telegram with a photo, the camera and the time. A plain-language summary arrives every day, and a weekly PDF report covers idle time, safety flags and after-hours events. Our own AI models are trained in-house for Indian factory conditions: dust, low light, crowded frames. A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you.

  • 60-second install, no new hardware
  • Site checks set up with our team for your cameras and layout
  • A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

What it costs, against one idle hour a day

Take a shop with machine bays, stores, a scrap area and a gate on 16 cameras. That is ₹6,400 a month, or ₹64,000 for the year with two months free, plus GST. Idle-machine tracking and helmet checks are set up after we look at your site together.

Now run your own arithmetic. Suppose one machine sits idle one hour a day that you do not currently see. You know your machine-hour rate. Multiply it across a month, then a year, and set it against ₹64,000. Your rate card already tells the story.

  • 16 cameras: ₹6,400 a month or ₹64,000 a year (two months free)
  • Price one hidden idle hour a day at your own machine-hour rate
  • Start with a free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras

Questions

Questions, answered.

How does Foreman know a machine is idle?

We set this up for your shop. We read from the camera whether a machine is running or stopped, and flag late starts and long changeovers. We do not connect to your machine controllers. We read the shop the way a supervisor would, from what the camera sees.

Do I need new cameras or hardware?

No. Our software works with your existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus or Dahua DVR or NVR, and any RTSP or ONVIF camera. It installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds, and we set up the checks your shop needs with you.

Will it flood me with alerts on a busy floor?

No. A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches your phone, and your rules decide what counts. You hear about the real intrusion and the real safety lapse, not every trolley that crosses a frame.

Can it stop theft of components and scrap?

It cannot physically stop anyone, but it changes when you find out. Movement near stores or scrap bins after hours, and a covered camera, trigger photo alerts, so you act while it is happening, not the next morning. Loitering alerts can also be set up for your site.

What does it cost, and can I try it first?

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST, with two months free on annual prepay. Start with a free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card needed.
