Foreman / forklift near miss
Try ForemanSee the forklift near-miss before it becomes an injury
We set up near-miss detection for your aisles, walkways and loading bays, configured for your cameras, so when a forklift and a person come dangerously close you get a photo and a record.
01
The close calls nobody logs
Forklift injuries rarely come out of nowhere. They follow close calls that nobody logged, because nobody saw them or nobody reported them.
When one of those close calls finally connects, you carry the cost: an injured worker, a stopped line, an insurance claim and no record to answer questions with. Near-miss detection turns those unseen moments into something you can count and act on.
- Forklift-and-person close calls noticed before an incident
- A record of close calls for safety reviews and training
- Patterns by aisle and by shift

How we set it up with you
Tell us the areas that matter most: pedestrian walkways, blind corners, loading bays, the ends of rack aisles. Every layout and camera angle is different, so we configure near-miss detection for your cameras and those areas.
Once running, a forklift and a person coming dangerously close inside a marked area is flagged. A second, larger model double-checks each event before it reaches you. You get a Telegram message with a photo, a voice call for the ones that need attention now, and a daily summary that makes a pattern in one aisle obvious.
Our software installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds and works with your existing cameras. Nothing is fitted to your forklifts.
- You tell us the danger areas, we configure them for your cameras
- Every near-miss double-checked before it reaches you
- Telegram photo alert, voice call and daily summary
- Nothing fitted to your forklifts
03
An early-warning aid, not a replacement for safety
This gives you and your supervisors an earlier heads-up when forklifts and people get too close.
It does not replace trained supervision, traffic and segregation rules, driver training or any certified safety system. It helps them work better.
04
Our own models
We train our own AI models in-house on how real factory and warehouse sites look: cluttered aisles, mixed lighting, busy loading docks.
Questions
Questions, answered.
What counts as a near-miss?
A forklift and a person coming dangerously close inside an area you have marked, even if nothing touches. We agree with you which areas count and how strict to be.
Is it on as soon as I install?
No. Near-miss detection is set up with our team for your layout and cameras. Fire and smoke, after-hours intrusion and camera tampering run from the start.
Is it real-time or just a report?
Both. A Telegram message with a photo when a close call happens, a voice call for urgent ones, and a daily summary so you can see patterns.
Does this replace safety training and supervision?
No. It supports your supervisors, traffic rules, driver training and certified safety systems. It does not replace them.
Do I need to fit anything to my forklifts or buy new cameras?
No. Our software installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds and works with the cameras you already own. Nothing is mounted on your forklifts.
