Refund & Cancellation Policy

Simple, fair terms: try Foreman free, cancel anytime, and if we fail to deliver the service you paid for, we make it right.
1. Free pilot first
Every new factory starts with a 14-day free pilot — full features, no payment details required. You only pay if Foreman earns it. When the pilot ends without a subscription, essential security alerts (intrusion, fire & smoke, camera tampering) continue free; the full feature set pauses.
2. Subscriptions & cancellation
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking). All prices are in INR and attract GST at the prevailing rate, shown before you pay.
You can cancel at any time — write to hello@foremanintelligence.com or use the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not charge again after that. Your data handling on cancellation is described in our Privacy Policy (camera footage is deleted on the standard 30-day cycle; you may request earlier erasure).
3. Refunds
- Service failure: if Foreman was materially unavailable or non-functional for 7 consecutive days and we could not fix it, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- First 7 days of a new paid plan: if you upgrade from pilot to paid and change your mind within 7 days, we refund the payment in full, minus any non-recoverable payment-gateway fees.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full once verified.
- Beyond the cases above, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Hardware
Any hardware (e.g., an edge mini-PC) supplied by Foreman is covered by its own invoice terms and manufacturer warranty; this policy covers software subscriptions only.
