Foreman / Agra
Try ForemanSolvent tins sit beside finished pairs in Agra. We watch for the first smoke.
Agra makes a large share of India's shoes: footwear factories and job-work units, sole and component makers, leather cutting floors and godowns of finished pairs waiting for dispatch, alongside engineering units in Foundry Nagar and industrial estates around Sikandra. Every unit has cameras, and almost nobody watches them. We watch every one and send you a Telegram alert, with a photo, the camera and the time, when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
01
Built for the way Agra makes shoes
A shoe unit is a chain of small floors: cutting, stitching, lasting, finishing, packing. Stock moves as cartons of finished pairs and rolls of leather and synthetic material, and much of the work is piece-rate, with people coming and going all day. Sole plants and component units run machines that only make money while they are moving.
The cameras are already on the walls, fitted for a buyer audit or after the last incident. We watch that same video continuously and tell you when a person, vehicle, flame or smoke appears where it should not.
- No new hardware: works with the DVR and cameras you already own
- Watches cutting floors, packing areas, godowns and gates continuously
02
Fire watch where adhesives and solvents sit beside stock
Footwear manufacturing runs on adhesives, solvents and thinners, tins of them, open on the floor, next to leather, foam, fabric and cartons of finished pairs. Few industries put ignition and fuel so close together.
We watch your cameras for the first visible smoke and flame, day and night, and send you a photo while there is still time to act.
- Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
- Watches pasting floors, solvent stores and packed-goods godowns
- A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you
03
Night theft and stopped stitching lines
Finished pairs and leather leave units in bags, not trucks, and the loss shows up months later in the stock count. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your godown, packing area or gate when no one should be there, with a photo, so you can act while it is still happening.
If stitching lines and machines standing still are costing you, idle checks are set up with you for the lines you pick. A daily summary and a weekly report show you how the unit ran.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around godowns, packing areas and gates
- Idle-line checks for late starts and long stops
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most across UP, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
My unit has only 6 to 8 cameras. Is Foreman worth it at my size?
Pricing is per camera, so it scales down with you. Six cameras cost ₹2,400 a month, and the free trial shows you real alerts from your own floor before you pay anything.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We see visible smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place. In a trade that works with solvents, an early visual warning on top of them matters.
What does it cost, and is there a commitment?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card and no commitment. When the trial ends without a plan, monitoring stops until you choose one.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
