Foreman

Foreman / Ludhiana

Wool stacked to the roof, brass leaving a few kilos at a time. We watch both.

Hosiery and knitwear floors, yarn godowns, cycle-parts workshops, forging shops and machine-tool units all have cameras, and nobody has time to watch them. We watch them for you, on the DVR you already own, and send a Telegram alert with a photo, the camera and the time when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

01

Built for Ludhiana's knitwear and metal units

Ludhiana runs on two economies under one roof of smoke and yarn: knitwear and hosiery units racing the winter season, and the metal side, bicycle parts, sewing-machine parts, fasteners, forgings and machine tools, from Focal Point to the workshops along Gill Road. Stock piles up fast, seasons are short, and margins live or die on what happens inside the shed.

Every one of these units has cameras. Almost nobody watches them. Break-ins, small fires and missing stock are usually found the next morning on the recording, after the loss. We watch every camera, pick out what matters and tell you while there is still time to act.

  • No new hardware: works with the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Every camera watched, from the yarn godown to the forging shop
  • Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time

02

Fire watch for hosiery godowns and winter stock

A hosiery godown before the winter season is lint in the air, wool and acrylic stacked to the roof, and electrical points working overtime. One rack that catches can take the season's production with it.

We watch for the first visible smoke and flame in the godown, near the knitting machines and around the panel room, and send you a photo while the fire is still one corner of one rack.

  • Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
  • A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you

03

Night theft and idle knitting machines

Yarn, finished garments and metal parts leave Ludhiana units at night more often than owners admit. Brass and steel components go a few kilos at a time, and a bag of finished sweaters is a month's margin. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your godown, gate or stock when no one should be there.

You set the rule in your own words, for example: "If anyone enters the yarn godown after 10 pm, send me a photo straight away." If idle knitting and forging machines cost you money, idle checks are set up with you for the machines that matter.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts around godowns, gates and stock racks
  • Idle-machine checks for late starts and long stops
  • A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions

Questions, answered.

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most across Punjab, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. We see the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place and count on us for an early visual warning on top.

My unit runs day and night in season. Does Foreman keep up?

Yes. We watch every camera through every shift, and our own AI models, trained in-house, work through dust, lint and low light.

Can it tell me if my knitting machines are sitting idle?

Yes, for the machines you choose. Tell us which ones should be running and when, and we flag late starts, long stops and floors that go quiet mid-shift. They show up in your daily summary and weekly report.

What does it cost for a typical Ludhiana unit?

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

Where does my video go?

Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
