Delete your Foreman Crew account

In the app

• Open Foreman Crew and go to Me.
• Tap Delete account.
• Press and hold to delete.

Without the app

WhatsApp or call +91 83209 90873 from the phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. You can write in English, Hindi or Gujarati, or send a voice note. A person answers within 2 days, confirms it is you, and deletes your account.

What we delete

• We delete your account and stop recording you at once.
• Amounts already payable are paid under your task payment terms. Account deletion does not cancel later instalments due under an existing paid sale or buyer-accepted Client Task.
• Within 30 days we delete your video that has not been sold, and the original copies we hold.

What the law makes us keep

• Pay records, for 8 years, because tax and company law require it.
• Your signed agreement, while we hold or sell your video and for 8 years after.

We keep these locked, we do not use them, and we delete them as soon as the law lets us.

Video already sold

Within 7 days we notify buyers of your withdrawal and ask them to stop using and delete the footage. We take the further steps required by law and our buyer agreements. We cannot guarantee retrieval of every copy or reverse AI training already completed.

Stop recording but keep your account

If you only want to stop, tap Stop and remove my video in the app. Your account stays open so you can see your pay, and you can delete it later.
