01
Built for the way Vapi GIDC works
Vapi GIDC is one of Gujarat's great chemical belts: dyes, dye intermediates, pigments and specialty chemicals, with paper, packaging and textile processing around them. Units run reactors and batch processes in shifts, hold solvents and raw material in drum yards, and move tankers and trucks through the gate at all hours.
In a chemical estate, finding a problem the next morning costs more than stock. It can cost the plant. We watch every camera and tell the right person while there is still time to act.
- Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
- Every camera watched continuously, every shift
- Telegram alerts with a photo, and a voice call for urgent events
02
Early fire warning where solvents and packaging share a compound
A chemical unit's fire risk does not sit only in the reactor bay. It sits in the drum yard, the solvent store, the packing section full of bags and cartons, and the electrical panels working hard through Gujarat summers. The first minutes decide whether it stays an incident or becomes the estate's news of the week.
We watch for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and alert you in seconds with a photo, while the fire is still a few drums in one corner of the yard. A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you.
- Visual smoke and flame detection, day and night
- Covers drum yards, solvent stores and packing sections
03
Night intrusion and lines standing still
Raw material drums, copper cable and finished stock disappear from chemical estates quietly, mostly at night. Mark the drum yard, gate and godown, set the hours they should be empty, and we flag any person or vehicle that appears.
If you want to know when machines and lines sit stopped during production hours, idle tracking is set up with you for those cameras. The daily summary shows you the pattern; the weekly PDF gives you a record to share.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around drum yards, gates and godowns
- Idle-machine tracking for the lines you choose
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with what you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we see most across Gujarat, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm or gas detection?
No. We see the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; we do not sense heat, smoke or gas. Your certified fire and gas systems stay exactly as they are, and we add a fast visual warning on top.
Is it suitable for a chemical plant?
Yes. We watch whatever your cameras see: drum yards, solvent stores, gates and packing sections. We are a visual layer across the compound, not a process instrument.
We run night shifts. Does it work in the dark?
Yes. We watch continuously across every shift. Our own AI models, trained in-house, are built for dust, glare and low light.
What does it cost for a typical Vapi unit?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month, and annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
