Foreman

Foreman / Surat

A Surat godown fire at 2 am. You hear about it at 2 am.

Weaving sheds, texturising units, embroidery floors, dyeing mills, grey-fabric godowns and diamond workshops share one gap: the cameras record everything and nobody is looking. We watch the cameras you already own and tell you on Telegram, with a photo, the camera and the time, the moment something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

01

Built for the way Surat works

From Sachin GIDC and Pandesara to Kadodara, Udhna and Katargam, Surat runs on textiles and diamonds: looms that must not stop, dyeing and printing mills running in shifts, godowns stacked to the roof with grey fabric, and diamond units where a pocketful of stock outvalues a truckload elsewhere.

Every one of these units has cameras, and very little of that video is watched while it matters. Most break-ins and fires are found the next morning, on playback, after the loss is done. We watch every camera continuously and tell you while you can still act.

  • Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Every camera watched continuously, across all three shifts
  • Telegram alerts with a photo, and a voice call for urgent events

02

Fire warning for godowns full of lint and stock

A textile godown is dense stock, lint in the air and electrical points working overtime. A fire seen at second ten is an incident. The same fire at minute ten is the loss that decides your year.

We look for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and alert you in seconds, with a photo, while the fire is still one corner of one rack.

  • Visual smoke and flame detection from your existing cameras, day and night
  • A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you

03

Night theft and idle looms

Yarn and finished fabric leave Surat units at night more often than owners like to think, and in a diamond unit the stakes are higher still. We know when your premises should be empty and flag any person or vehicle near your godown, gate or stock when no one should be there.

You write the rule as a sentence, for example: "tell me with a photo if anyone enters the grey-fabric godown after 9 pm." We apply it every night, on every camera you choose.

If you want to know which looms sit stopped while wages are paid around them, we set up idle-loom tracking with you for the looms that matter.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts around godowns, gates and stock racks
  • Idle-loom tracking for late starts and long stops
  • A daily summary on Telegram and a weekly PDF report

Questions

Questions, answered.

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

We work with the cameras you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua connect directly, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. We see the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place and treat us as a fast visual warning on top.

My unit runs three shifts. Does Foreman work at night?

Yes. We watch continuously, across every shift. Our own AI models are trained in-house for Indian factory conditions: dust, lint and low light included.

What does it cost for a typical Surat unit?

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST; a 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

Where does my video go?

Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
