ForemanBecome a partner →Your São Paulo plant already has cameras. Foreman puts them on shift.
Greater São Paulo is the industrial heart of Brazil: auto components and machine shops across the ABC industrial belt, food-processing plants, packaging and machinery makers, and the logistics warehouses around Guarulhos that move it all. Nearly every plant has CCTV, and nearly all of it goes unwatched. Foreman plugs into the DVR you already own and sends a WhatsApp or Telegram alert, with photo proof, the moment something goes wrong. Setup takes about 30 minutes. Free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card.
Start a free pilotBuilt for São Paulo's industrial belt
São Paulo's plants supply assembly lines and supermarket shelves across a continent: stamping and machining shops feeding automakers, food plants running around the clock, machinery builders with high-value work-in-progress on the floor, and warehouses where trucks queue at the dock from before dawn.
All of it sits under cameras that only get watched after something has already happened. Foreman watches them in real time: every feed, every second, against rules you write in plain English, with a photo on your phone the moment a rule is broken.
- Software only, runs on the DVR and cameras you already own
- Watches production, stores, dock and perimeter at the same time
- Alerts on WhatsApp or Telegram with photo proof, within seconds
Fire watch for machine shops and stacked stock
Machining oil, hydraulic fluid, welding sparks, electrical panels under constant load, and warehouses of cartons and plastic film: an industrial plant carries fuel and ignition side by side all day. The fires that destroy plants are almost never the ones somebody saw start.
Foreman watches your cameras for the first visible signs of smoke and flame and alerts you in seconds, with a photo, while the fire is still one machine or one pallet. It complements your certified fire-alarm and suppression systems; it never replaces them.
- Visual smoke and flame detection from existing cameras, day and night
- Watches machine bays, panels, stores and yards
- An early layer on top of, never a substitute for, certified fire systems
Night intrusion, attendance and idle machines
Metal stock, copper, tools, finished parts and loaded pallets are targets everywhere, and every owner in greater São Paulo knows the hours after the last shift are when the perimeter matters most. Foreman knows when your plant should be empty and flags any person or vehicle near your stores, gate or yard when no one should be there. The rule is yours, in plain English: "If anyone crosses the yard fence after 10 pm, call me and send a photo."
By day, Foreman counts heads shift by shift, so attendance matches reality rather than the timesheet, flags machines that sit stopped while wages run, and watches the dispatch dock so you know when trucks arrived, how long loading took, and that it all happened in the open.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around stores, gates, yards and perimeter
- Headcount and attendance, shift by shift, from the cameras you have
- Idle-machine tracking: late starts, long stops, machines not earning
- Daily WhatsApp/Telegram digest plus a weekly PDF report
Works on the CCTV São Paulo installers already fit
Foreman plugs into existing Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua DVRs and NVRs, and most other standard RTSP/ONVIF CCTV. No new hardware, no new cameras, no rewiring. Setup takes about 30 minutes, done remotely with your own CCTV installer, on normal broadband.
Detection runs on-site, so your continuous footage stays inside your plant. Only short clips around a detected event go to an encrypted cloud for a second check before any alert fires, and those clips are auto-deleted after 30 days. We never sell data. Pricing is offered through local partners and on request; the free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card, stands.
- Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua and standard RTSP/ONVIF DVRs/NVRs supported
- About 30 minutes to set up, remotely, with your existing installer
- Detection on-site; only short event clips leave, auto-deleted in 30 days
- Pricing through local partners; free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card
São Paulo CCTV installers and distributors: recurring income on installed systems
If you install or distribute CCTV for plants and warehouses across greater São Paulo, every system you have fitted is a Foreman prospect, and every client becomes monthly income instead of a one-time job. Partners earn recurring commission on every factory they bring, for as long as the client stays, with nothing new to install on site.
You keep the client relationship; we bring the AI, the software and the support. São Paulo is one of our first international cities, and early partners get first pick of it. Apply in two minutes at foremanintelligence.com/partners.

Frequently asked
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
It works on the CCTV you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua connect directly, and most standard RTSP/ONVIF DVRs and NVRs work too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. Foreman detects the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; it is not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place. Foreman adds a fast visual early warning on top.
I already pay for a monitoring service. Why add Foreman?
Human monitoring watches a few screens, some of the time, mostly at the perimeter. Foreman watches every camera, every second, inside and out, and adds what humans cannot do at scale: fire early warning, headcount, idle-machine tracking and dispatch activity, with photo proof in seconds.
What does it cost for a São Paulo plant?
Pricing is offered through our local partners and on request, sized to your camera count. Start with the free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card, and judge it on real alerts from your own plant.
Where does my footage go?
Detection runs on-site, so continuous footage never leaves your premises. Only short clips around a detected event go to an encrypted cloud for a second check, and they are auto-deleted after 30 days. We never sell data.
How does setup work if Foreman is not based in Brazil?
Setup is remote and takes about 30 minutes, done together with your own CCTV installer or IT person over normal broadband. Local partners handle the relationship on the ground; the software does the rest.
