Foreman / Erode

Cloth bales leave Erode godowns a few at a time. We send the photo each time.

Erode runs on cloth and crop: powerloom and handloom weaving, dyeing and bleaching units along the Bhavani belt, cloth godowns feeding one of India's biggest textile trades, and the turmeric and agro godowns the city is famous for. They all share one problem: nobody is watching the cameras. We watch every camera continuously and send a Telegram alert with a photo, the camera and the time when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

01

Built for Erode's loom sheds and godowns

Erode's economy is thousands of small and mid-sized units rather than a few big plants: loom sheds where every running loom matters, dyeing and bleaching houses processing cloth in shifts, and godowns where cloth bales or sacks of turmeric sit as a family's entire working capital.

Every one of these units has cameras, and almost none are watched as things happen. Theft, fire and stoppages are found the next morning on the recording, after the loss. We watch the same cameras continuously and tell you in time to act.

  • No new hardware: works with the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Every camera watched continuously, across every shift
  • Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time

02

Fire watch for cloth godowns and agro stock

A godown stacked with cloth bales, yarn or dry agro produce is dense fuel, with lint and dust in the air and wiring that was never planned for today's load. A fire there takes the stock, and the stock is the business.

We watch your cameras for the first visible smoke and flame and send you a photo while the fire is still one corner of one stack.

  • Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
  • A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you

03

Night theft and idle looms

Cloth bales and turmeric sacks are exactly the stock that quietly walks out of unwatched godowns at night, a few at a time, until the annual stock-take turns into a shock. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your godown, gate or drying yard when no one should be there, with a photo, and place a voice call for urgent events.

If looms standing still are costing you, idle-loom checks for late starts and long stops are set up with you for your sheds.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts around godowns, gates and drying yards
  • Idle-loom checks for late starts and long stops
  • A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions

Questions, answered.

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most around Erode, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. We pick up visible smoke and flame through your cameras, which is not the same as a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place; we add an early visual warning on top.

My unit is small, just a loom shed and a godown. Is Foreman worth it?

Pricing is per camera, so it scales down with you. Six cameras cost ₹2,400 a month, enough for a gate, a godown and the shed. Judge it on your own cameras during the free trial.

What does it cost for a typical Erode unit?

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

Where does my video go?

Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.

Can I write my own rules without technical help?

Yes. Type it the way you would tell a watchman: "If anyone comes near the turmeric godown after dark, send me a photo." We check for it every night, on every camera you choose.
