Real headcount and attendance from the cameras you already own

Stop guessing who is on the floor. Foreman counts people in your zones, tracks attendance in and out, and flags crowding, so every wage you pay turns into work that actually happened.

Full value for every wage

You pay for a full shift. Are you getting one. Most owners run on gut feel: a glance from the office, a register signed in batches, a supervisor's word. None of it tells you how many people worked a line at 3 PM, or how many drifted off after lunch.

Foreman gives you the real number. It counts people in the zones you care about, tracks when they arrive and leave, and turns guesswork into a count you can stand behind. When headcount and attendance are real, you stop paying for hours that were never worked.

  • Live headcount per zone — packing, loading bay, shop floor, canteen
  • Attendance in and out, by entrance and by area, across the day
  • Crowding flags when a space gets too packed
  • A daily report that shows the whole picture, not a one-time glance

How it works

Foreman is software only. It installs on a Windows PC in about a minute and connects to the cameras you already have — Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, any DVR, NVR, or RTSP or ONVIF stream. No new hardware, no rewiring, no turnstiles.

From there our own AI models, trained in-house for factory floors, watch the same footage your cameras already capture. They count people in each zone over time, register movement in and out at your entrances, and notice when an area gets crowded.

Every event gets a second, more thorough check before anything reaches you, so a passing forklift or a shadow does not become a false count. You set the zones and times in plain language — "count everyone at the main gate between 8 and 9 AM" — and Foreman handles the rest.

  • 60-second install on existing Windows PCs and existing cameras
  • Counting runs on-site; your footage stays on your premises
  • Plain-language rules for zones, entrances, and time windows
  • Alerts on Telegram with photo proof, plus a daily report

Built on our own models

Headcount in a busy factory is hard. People overlap, cross paths, and crowd doorways. Foreman runs its own AI models, trained in-house on real factory and warehouse scenes, and we hold them to the published state of the art.

We are bold about that on purpose, and honest about how we prove it: our benchmark and paper are coming. You can read more about the work behind the models on our research page.

One prevented loss pays for years

People counting is one capability inside Foreman. The same install also watches for fire and smoke, intrusion and after-hours movement, PPE and helmet compliance, and idle machines and idle time — all from the cameras you already own.

Pricing starts at Rs2,999 a month for Sentry, Rs7,999 for Supervisor, and Rs19,999 for Factory OS. One shift of phantom attendance caught, or one loss prevented, can pay for years of Foreman. Start with a free 14-day pilot, no card.

Frequently asked

How accurate is the count in a crowded factory?

Crowds are the hard case, and they are what we built for. Our own models are trained in-house on real factory and warehouse scenes where people overlap and cross paths, and every count gets a second, more thorough check before it is reported. We measure ourselves against the published state of the art — our benchmark and paper are coming, linked from our research page. We would rather show you live on your own cameras during the free pilot than quote a number we have not yet published.

Is this a replacement for a biometric attendance system?

It is a different and broader view. A biometric system records a single punch at one device. Foreman sees the whole floor: how many people are actually in a zone through the day, not just who tapped in at the gate. It works on the cameras you already own, with nothing for workers to touch or remember. Many owners run it alongside their existing register to catch the gap between who clocked in and who was actually working.

What about worker privacy?

Foreman counts people and tracks presence in zones — it is built around headcount and attendance, not surveillance of individuals. All counting runs on-site on your own PC, and your footage stays on your premises. You decide which zones and time windows are watched, in plain language, so it stays focused on the operational questions you care about.
