Built in India, for the factory floor

Most factories and warehouses already have CCTV. Almost no one is watching it. Foreman is the software that does — on the cameras you already own, with no new hardware.

The problem we started with

Walk into most factories and warehouses in India and you find the same thing: a wall of CCTV cameras, a DVR humming in a back room, and footage no one ever watches. The cameras are already there. The recordings already exist. What is missing is attention.

When something goes wrong — a fire starts after the last shift leaves, someone enters a yard at 2 a.m., a worker steps onto the floor without a helmet — the footage usually gets looked at the next morning, or after the damage is done. The cameras saw it. Nobody was watching.

The answer was never more cameras, more sensors, or a forklift of new hardware. It was software that watches the cameras you already paid for.

    Why software, not hardware

Hardware-heavy systems are expensive, slow to install, and hard to maintain. They put modern safety and monitoring out of reach for the small and mid-sized factories that need it most — the ones running on thin margins, where a single fire or theft decides the year.

Foreman is software-only. It installs on an ordinary Windows machine in about sixty seconds, reads your existing DVR or NVR over its low-bandwidth sub-stream, and starts watching. No new cameras, no port-forwarding, no router changes, no rewiring. Because there is nothing to ship and nothing to bolt on, it reaches the SMEs that hardware vendors structurally cannot serve.

That one decision shapes the rest of the product — the price, the install, and who gets to use it.

    • Runs on your existing Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or any RTSP/ONVIF DVR or NVR
    • Sixty-second install on a standard Windows machine, no new hardware
    • Outbound HTTPS only — no port-forwarding or network changes
    • Priced for a small factory, not an enterprise

    How we treat your footage

Watching cameras is a position of trust. Detection runs on-site, at the edge, and your continuous video stream never leaves your premises. Only a short clip around a detected event goes to the cloud, where a second model verifies it before anyone is alerted — fewer false alarms, and clearer proof when it is real.

Those event clips are stored in India, encrypted, and deleted automatically after thirty days. Your DVR stays your recorder and your system of record. Your footage stays yours: we never sell it, and we never use it to train our models. Foreman is built to align with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

      Where we are headed

Today Foreman watches for what matters most on a floor: fire and smoke, after-hours intrusion, missing PPE, idle machines, and headcount. When it sees one, it sends photo proof to Telegram, places a voice call, and rolls the day up into a daily report.

Alerts are the beginning, not the end. Over the next few years we are building toward a video search engine for the physical world — the ability to ask your cameras questions in plain language and get answers. When did the loading bay last sit idle for more than an hour? Who entered without a helmet last week? The footage already holds those answers. We are building the software that lets you ask.

        Who we build for

Foreman is built for two groups. The first is India's CCTV system integrators and installers — the people who wired these cameras and hold the trust of the factories that run them. They resell Foreman and earn lifetime recurring commission for it.

The second is SME factory and warehouse owners: the operations managers, plant heads, and proprietors who need eyes on the floor without staffing a night-shift control room. If you have cameras and a problem worth watching for, Foreman is for you.

          Frequently asked

          What does Foreman actually do?

Foreman is software-only AI that runs on the CCTV your factory or warehouse already has. It watches for fire and smoke, after-hours intrusion, missing PPE, idle machines, and headcount, then sends photo proof to Telegram and a voice call when something happens.

Do I need to buy new cameras or hardware?

No. Foreman installs on a standard Windows machine in about sixty seconds and reads your existing Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or any RTSP/ONVIF DVR or NVR. There is no new hardware, no port-forwarding, and no network changes.

Where does my video footage go?

Detection runs on-site at the edge, and your continuous stream never leaves your premises. Only short clips around a detected event are sent to the cloud for a second verification. Those clips are stored in India, encrypted, and auto-deleted after thirty days. Your DVR stays your recorder.

Do you use my footage to train your AI?

No. Your footage stays yours. We never sell it and never use it to train our models. Foreman is built to align with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

          Who is Foreman built for?

Primarily CCTV system integrators and installers across India, who resell it for lifetime recurring commission, and SME factory and warehouse owners who need eyes on their floor without a control room.
