ForemanBecome a partner →A complete visual record of every vehicle and dispatch movement
Foreman watches your existing CCTV and logs every vehicle entering or leaving, plus all activity in the dispatch zone. Time-stamped, with photo proof, rolled into your daily report. Reconcile what left against what should have, and catch movement that should never have happened.
Start a free pilotThe gap between what left and what was supposed to
Most dispatch disputes come down to one question no one can answer with certainty: what actually went out the gate, and when. The register is filled in by hand, the gate footage sits unwatched, and by the time the numbers do not add up, the moment is days gone and buried in hours of recordings.
Foreman closes that gap. It gives you an independent visual log of every vehicle and every dispatch movement, built automatically from the cameras you already have, so the record exists whether or not anyone remembered to write it down.
One reconciled discrepancy, one truck that should not have moved, and the system has paid for itself.
What Foreman logs for you
Foreman runs its own AI models, trained in-house for factory and warehouse floors, directly on your existing CCTV. It needs no new hardware and no new cameras. It watches what is already pointed at your gate, yard, and loading bays.
- Every vehicle entering or leaving, time-stamped with a photo
- Activity in the dispatch and loading zones, so you can see when work happened and when it did not
- Movement outside your defined hours, flagged as it happens
- A clean daily report that brings the whole day of vehicle and dispatch activity into one place
How it works
Install takes about 60 seconds on any on-site Windows PC. You point Foreman at your DVR or NVR, whether Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or any RTSP or ONVIF camera, and it starts watching.
Detection runs on-site. When Foreman sees a vehicle movement or dispatch-zone activity, the event gets a second, more thorough check before anything reaches you, so your log is built from confirmed events, not noise.
You set the zones and the hours in plain language: which camera covers the gate, which covers the loading bay, what counts as after-hours. Alerts arrive on Telegram with a photo, and by voice call when it matters.
Reconcile by day, guard by night
Two jobs, one record. During working hours, the time-stamped log lets you reconcile dispatches against your paperwork. Match every vehicle that left against what should have left, and find the gap fast when the numbers disagree.
After hours, the same watchfulness becomes a guard. Any vehicle movement when the yard should be still is flagged the moment it happens, with photo proof, so an unauthorized truck leaving at night is a phone call, not a discovery you make next week.
Frequently asked
Does Foreman read number plates?
Reading and registering plates is a separate capability, covered on our Number-plate register (ANPR) page. This dispatch-logging feature gives you the complete movement record: which vehicles came and went, when, and what happened in the loading zone, each entry backed by a photo. ANPR adds the plate itself, read visually from the camera, on top of that record.
Does it cover the loading bay, not just the gate?
Yes. You point Foreman at whichever cameras matter, gate, yard, and loading bays, and it logs vehicle movement and dispatch-zone activity across all of them. You define each zone in plain language, so the bay is covered as fully as the entrance.
Can it alert me about after-hours dispatch?
Yes. You set your working hours, and any vehicle movement outside them is flagged as it happens, with a photo on Telegram and a voice call when it matters. Unauthorized movement at night reaches you immediately, not in next week's review.
Do I need new cameras or hardware?
No. Foreman is software-only and runs on the CCTV you already have. Install is about 60 seconds on an on-site Windows PC, pointed at your existing DVR or NVR. No new hardware, no rewiring.
