Foreman / dispatch theft

Know what left your gate, and when, with evidence

Shrinkage happens at the gate and the loading bay, in the gap between what the register says and what actually went out. We flag after-hours movement on your existing cameras from day one, and set up a photo-backed vehicle and dispatch log for your gate and bay.

01

The gate is where the numbers stop adding up

The stock count says one thing and the dispatch register says another. The register is written by hand when the guard has a free moment. The truck that left at 9 PM is in nobody's book. The transporter says twelve pallets went on, your customer says ten came off, and all you have is a page and a memory.

This is how shrinkage survives: not one big theft, but a gate where the record is soft. A carton here and there. An unlogged evening movement. A dispute you settle by absorbing the loss because you cannot prove otherwise.

  • Handwritten registers record what was written, not what happened
  • After-hours movements rarely reach any register
  • Disputes get settled against you without evidence

02

A dispatch record, set up for your site

Every gate and bay is laid out differently, so we configure vehicle and dispatch logging with you for your cameras. Once set up, each vehicle movement and each spell of loading-bay activity is kept with a photo and the time.

When a transporter or customer dispute lands, you answer with a photo and a timestamp. Detection runs on site, and every event is double-checked by a second, larger model before it enters your record.

  • Each vehicle in or out, logged with the time and a photo
  • Loading-bay activity logged, so you see when loading happened
  • An independent record for disputes

03

The after-hours watch on the dispatch zone

The movement that matters most is the one at night. From the day you install, any vehicle or person in the dispatch zone outside your set hours is flagged within seconds on Telegram with a photo, while the truck is still at the gate. Because covering a camera is often the first step in a planned theft, a camera that is covered, sprayed, blacked out or knocked out of focus is flagged too.

If you also want to know about someone lingering near the bay after hours, we can set up loitering detection for your cameras. You set the rules in plain words, for example tell me if anyone enters the dispatch area after 8 PM.

  • After-hours movement alerts within seconds, with a photo
  • Camera-tampering alerts when a camera stops seeing
  • Loitering detection near the gate and bay, set up for your site
  • Rules in plain words, per camera and per hour

A five-minute morning check

Every morning, your daily summary lists yesterday's vehicle movements and dispatch-zone activity. Set it beside your dispatch register: every movement should have a paper entry, and every entry a movement. Any gap shows up the next day, not at stocktake. The weekly PDF report gives you the same record for your accountant, your transporter or an auditor.

  • Daily summary of gate and bay activity
  • Weekly PDF report for reconciliation and audits

05

What it costs

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum. Six cameras, enough for most gates and bays, cost ₹2,400 a month. Sixteen cost ₹6,400. Set that against a single dispute you could have settled with a photo and a timestamp. You know what that is worth.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Does this replace the gate register and the guard?

No. Your guard still runs the gate and checks documents. We keep a photo-backed record beside the paper one, so the truth of the day no longer depends on handwriting.

What evidence do I get for a dispute?

Once dispatch logging is set up, a timestamped entry with a photo for each vehicle movement, plus a log of loading-bay activity.

Will I know if a truck moves at night?

Yes, from the day you install. Any vehicle or person in the dispatch zone outside your set hours triggers a Telegram message with a photo within seconds, and it appears in your morning summary.

What if someone covers the camera first?

That is an alert in itself. A camera that is covered, sprayed, blacked out or knocked out of focus is flagged right away.

Do I need new cameras or hardware at the gate?

No. We work with the cameras and recorders you already own. The install takes 60 seconds, and the 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras is free with no card.
