Foreman / Tiruppur
Try ForemanYarn cones, packed cartons and a ship date. We see godown smoke in seconds.
Tiruppur is India's knitwear export capital: knitting units, dyeing and bleaching houses, printing and compacting units, stitching floors running against shipment deadlines, and godowns stacked with yarn and finished garments. They all share one problem: nobody is watching the cameras. We watch every camera continuously and send a Telegram alert with a photo, the camera and the time when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
01
Built for a town that works as one production line
In Tiruppur the whole town is one production line. Yarn becomes fabric in knitting units, fabric moves to dyeing and bleaching, then to printing, compacting and stitching, and finished garments wait in godowns for a container date that does not move. A single fire, theft or unexplained stoppage anywhere in that chain puts an export order, and a buyer relationship, at risk. Buyers increasingly ask exporters how their factories are run, and a watched factory is an easier factory to vouch for.
Every unit in the chain has cameras, and almost none are watched as things happen. Losses are found the next morning on the recording. We watch the same cameras continuously and tell you while you can still do something about it.
- No new hardware: works with the DVR and cameras you already own
- Every camera watched continuously, through night shifts and deadline runs
- Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time
02
Fire watch for godowns full of yarn, fabric and cartons
A knitwear godown is dense combustible stock: yarn cones, folded fabric, packed cartons, lint in the air and electrical points working overtime. One fire there can take an export order and the season with it.
We watch your cameras for the first visible smoke and flame and send you a photo while the fire is still one stack of cartons.
- Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
- Watched day and night, including the hours the godown is locked
03
Night theft and idle machines
Yarn and finished garments are easy to carry and easy to sell, which is exactly why they walk out of unwatched units at night. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your godown, gate or loading bay when no one should be there, with a photo, and place a voice call for urgent events.
A rule takes one sentence, for example: "If anyone enters the finished-goods godown after 10 pm, send me a photo and call me." If knitting and stitching machines standing still are costing you before a shipment, idle checks for late starts and long stops are set up with you for the machines you choose.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around godowns, gates and loading bays
- Idle-machine checks for late starts and long stops
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most around Tiruppur, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We see smoke and flame the way a person watching the camera would; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire alarms and add us as an early visual warning on top.
Lint and steam are everywhere in a knitwear unit. Will detection still work?
Usually, yes. Our own AI models are trained in-house for Indian factory conditions, lint, steam and low light included, and a second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you. During the free trial you see how your own cameras perform before paying anything.
What does it cost for a typical Tiruppur unit?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
I run several small units across town. Can Foreman cover all of them?
Yes. Each unit runs on its own computer on site and is priced the same way, ₹400 per camera per month. Tell us about your units and we will connect them one by one.
