Foreman / vehicle dispatch logging
Try ForemanA photo-backed record of every vehicle and dispatch movement
What left the gate, and when. We set up vehicle and dispatch logging for your gate, yard and loading-bay cameras, so every movement is kept with a photo and the time, and brought together in your daily summary.
01
The gap between what left and what should have
Most dispatch disputes come down to one question nobody can answer with certainty: what actually went out, and when. The register is written by hand, the gate camera is not being watched, and by the time the numbers disagree the moment is days old.
A vehicle and dispatch log gives you an independent record, built from the cameras you already have, whether or not anyone remembered to write it down.
02
What we log
Every gate, yard and loading bay is laid out differently, so we set this up with you. Tell us which cameras cover the gate and the bay, your working hours, and what you need to see. We configure the logging for your cameras and layout.
- Each vehicle entering or leaving, with a photo and the time
- Activity in the dispatch and loading zones, so you see when loading happened
- Movement outside your working hours, flagged as it happens
- The day's vehicle and dispatch activity in one daily summary

How it works
Our software installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds and connects to your existing DVR or NVR, whether Hikvision and Prama, Dahua, CP Plus, or any standard RTSP or ONVIF camera.
Detection runs on site. A second, larger model double-checks each event before it enters your log or reaches you. Alerts arrive on Telegram with a photo, the camera and the time, with a voice call for urgent events.
04
Reconcile by day, watch by night
During working hours, the log lets you match every vehicle that left against your paperwork and find the gap fast when the numbers disagree.
After hours, a vehicle or person in the yard is flagged straight away with a photo. That after-hours rule is standard from the day you install. The full vehicle and dispatch log is added once we have set it up for your site.
Questions
Questions, answered.
Do you read number plates?
Number-plate reading is also set up for your site, and is covered on our number-plate register (ANPR) page. Dispatch logging gives you the movement record: which vehicles came and went, when, and what happened in the loading zone, each entry with a photo. Plate reading adds the plate to that record.
Does it cover the loading bay, not just the gate?
Yes. We set it up for whichever cameras matter, gate, yard and loading bays, and log vehicle movement and dispatch-zone activity across them.
Can it tell me about after-hours movement?
Yes, and this part works from day one. You set your working hours, and any vehicle or person in the zones you mark outside them is flagged with a photo on Telegram and a voice call for urgent events.
Do I need new cameras or hardware?
No. Our software installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds and works with your existing recorder and cameras.
