Visual intelligence, built in India

Most factories, warehouses and sites already have cameras. Almost no one is watching them. We turn the video from those cameras into understanding, useful data and action, with no new hardware.

01

The problem we started with

Walk into most factories and warehouses in India and you find the same thing: a wall of cameras, a DVR humming in a back room, and video no one ever watches. The cameras are already there. The recordings already exist. What is missing is attention.

When something goes wrong, a fire starts after the last shift leaves or someone enters a yard at 2 a.m., the recording usually gets looked at the next morning, after the damage is done. The cameras saw it. Nobody was watching.

The answer was never more cameras, more sensors, or a truckload of new hardware. It was software that watches the cameras you already paid for, understands what they see, and tells the right person.

    02

    Why software, not hardware

Hardware-heavy systems are expensive, slow to install, and hard to maintain. They put this kind of understanding out of reach for the small and mid-sized businesses that need it most, the ones running on thin margins, where a single fire or theft decides the year.

Foreman is software. It installs on an ordinary computer at your site in 60 seconds, reads your existing DVR or NVR over its low-bandwidth sub-stream, and starts watching. No new cameras, no port-forwarding, no router changes, no rewiring. Because there is nothing to ship and nothing to bolt on, it reaches businesses that hardware vendors cannot serve.

That one decision shapes the rest of the product: the price, the install, and who gets to use it.

    • Works with Hikvision and Prama, Dahua, CP Plus, TVT, Uniview, Axis, Hanwha, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF camera, DVR or NVR
    • A 60-second install on a standard computer, no new hardware
    • Outbound HTTPS only, no port-forwarding or network changes
    • ₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum

    03

    How we treat your video

Watching cameras is a position of trust. Detection runs on your site, and your recordings stay there. Event photos and clips go to the cloud, where a second, larger model checks each one before anyone is alerted. That means fewer false alarms and clearer evidence when it is real. Our security page lists everything we send, including the small preview photo of each camera that the app shows.

Event media is encrypted and deleted automatically after 30 days. Your DVR stays your recorder and your system of record. Your footage stays yours: we never sell it, and we never train on it. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

      04

      What we do

On every site, we watch every camera for early signs of fire and smoke, after-hours movement, intrusion into restricted zones, and a camera that has been covered, sprayed, blacked out or knocked out of focus. When something happens, you get an alert on Telegram with a photo, the camera and the time, and a voice call for urgent events. The day rolls up into a plain-language summary and a weekly PDF report.

You can ask Foreman what happened, in plain words, in the app or on Telegram. For needs specific to your site, such as helmet and vest checks, idle machines, number plates or dock dwell time, tell us what you need to see and we will set it up with you for your cameras and layout.

Factories and warehouses are where we started and where most of our work is. The same layer works anywhere cameras can see: logistics yards, cold stores, construction sites, retail floors and campuses.

        Who we build for

We build for the owners and operators who run physical operations: proprietors, plant heads, warehouse and operations managers who need to know what is happening on site without staffing a control room. If you have cameras and something worth watching for, Foreman is for you.

We also work with CCTV installers and system integrators across India, the people who put these cameras up and hold the trust of the businesses that run them. They resell Foreman and earn lifetime recurring commission for it.

          Questions

          Questions, answered.

          What does Foreman actually do?

Foreman is visual intelligence for the cameras you already have. On every site we watch for fire and smoke, after-hours intrusion and camera tampering. Alerts arrive on Telegram with a photo, the camera and the time, with a voice call for urgent events. Helmet checks, idle machines and number plates we set up for your site.

Do I need to buy new cameras or hardware?

No. Our software installs on a standard computer in 60 seconds and reads your existing Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, or any RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR. There is no new hardware, no port-forwarding and no network change.

          Where does my video go?

Detection runs on your site, and your recordings stay there. We send event photos and clips for a second check, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Event media is encrypted and deleted automatically after 30 days. Your DVR stays your recorder.

Do you use my footage to train your AI?

No. Your footage stays yours. We never sell it and never train on it. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

          Who is Foreman built for?

Owners and operators of factories, warehouses and other sites who need to know what is happening without a control room, and the CCTV installers and system integrators across India who resell it for lifetime recurring commission.
