ForemanBecome a partner →Know which stations are actually manned, all shift
You pay for a fully staffed floor. Foreman watches the station zones you mark on your existing CCTV and shows where work is happening and where it is not, so empty stations and thin labour stop costing you output.
Start a free pilotThe floor you pay for vs. the floor you run
A station left unmanned for an hour is output you already paid for and did not get. Most owners only find out at the end of the day, when the count is short and nobody can say why.
Foreman gives you the answer you have never had: across the shift, were your critical stations actually staffed. See the gaps while you can still act, and move labour to where the line is thin.
- See unstaffed stations and long absences as they build, not after the shift ends
- Find where labour is spread too thin to keep the line moving
- Run the floor you are actually paying for, shift after shift
How it works
You mark the station zones that matter on your camera view: the press, the packing bench, the QC table, the loading bay. In plain language, you tell Foreman what counts as manned.
Foreman tracks presence at those zones over time on your existing cameras. Each event gets a second, more thorough check before anything is flagged, so you are not chasing someone who stepped away for a moment.
You get alerts on Telegram with photo proof, a voice call when it matters, and a daily manning report. No new hardware, software only, installed in about 60 seconds on Windows.
- Mark the stations and shift hours that matter to you
- Presence is read at the zone, over time, on cameras you already own
- A daily report shows manning across stations, with alerts for real gaps
Operations, not surveillance
This is about the workstation, not the worker. Foreman reports whether a station zone is staffed over time. It is not built to follow or score individuals, and it reads nothing but the camera: no badges, no tracking devices, no sensors.
Use it the way a good floor supervisor would, to see where the line is short and move people to keep it running.
One prevented shortfall pays for itself
Plans start at Rs2,999 a month for Sentry, Rs7,999 for Supervisor, and Rs19,999 for Factory OS. A single shift where a key station sat empty usually costs more than that.
Foreman runs our own AI models, trained in-house for factory floors and measured against the published state of the art, benchmark and paper coming. Start with a free 14-day pilot on your own cameras and see your real manning before you decide.
Frequently asked
Is this tracking individual workers?
No. Foreman measures presence at the station zones you mark, not individuals. It reports whether a station is staffed over time, and it is not designed to follow, identify, or score any one person. The framing is productivity and operations, not personal surveillance.
Which stations can it watch?
Any station in view of a camera you already have: the press, packing bench, QC table, loading bay, assembly point. You draw the zones that matter and set the shift hours that count as manned.
What does the report show?
A daily manning report across your marked stations, with unstaffed stretches and long absences highlighted. When a critical station stays empty, you also get a Telegram alert with photo proof and a voice call, so you can act during the shift.
Do I need new cameras or hardware?
No. Foreman is software only and runs on your existing CCTV, Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or any RTSP or ONVIF camera. It installs on Windows in about 60 seconds, and detection runs on-site.
How accurate is it?
Foreman runs our own AI models, trained in-house for factory floors and measured against the published state of the art. Every event gets a second, more thorough check before you are alerted, which cuts false alarms from someone briefly stepping away. Our benchmark and paper are coming.
