Foreman

Foreman / Pune

Your Chakan plant runs to an OEM's clock. We watch it when nobody else is.

From auto-component lines around Chakan and Pimpri-Chinchwad to machine shops in Bhosari, Pune's plants run on tight OEM schedules, costly tooling and material that is easy to walk off with at night. We watch the cameras you already have and tell you on Telegram, with a photo, the camera and the time, when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

01

Built for the Pune manufacturing belt

Pune's manufacturing belt runs on schedules other people set: OEM delivery windows, line audits, penalty clauses for late supply. A press shop in Chakan, a machining unit in Bhosari, a component supplier in Pimpri-Chinchwad: all of them carry costly dies, cutting tools, copper, castings and finished parts, and all of them have cameras pointed at exactly those things.

Almost none of that video is looked at while it matters. Break-ins, small fires and slack shifts are found the next morning, on playback. We watch every camera and tell the right person in seconds.

  • Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Every camera watched continuously, across all shifts
  • Telegram alerts with a photo, and a voice call for urgent events

02

Early fire warning for paint shops, panels and stores

An engineering plant concentrates fire risk in a few square metres: paint and thinner storage, oil-soaked machining areas, electrical panels running around the clock, and stores full of packaging. On a night when the plant is empty, nobody is standing next to any of them.

We look for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and alert you in seconds with a photo, while it is still one corner of one bay. A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you.

  • Visual smoke and flame detection, day and night
  • Covers paint stores, panel rooms, compressor rooms and stock areas

03

Night theft and idle CNCs

Copper, brass, finished components and cutting tools are exactly the stock that leaves a plant quietly at night. Mark your stores, scrap yard and gate, set when they should be empty, and we flag any person or vehicle that appears. The rule is an ordinary sentence, for example: "send me a photo right away if anyone goes near the stores after 10 pm."

If you want to catch the CNC that started forty minutes late or the press that has been idle since lunch, idle-machine tracking is set up with you for the machines that matter.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts around stores, scrap yards and gates
  • Idle-machine tracking on the CNCs and presses you choose
  • A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions

Questions, answered.

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

We work with the cameras you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus, Dahua, TVT and Uniview connect directly, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. We read the visible signs of smoke and flame from your cameras. We are not a heat or smoke sensor, so keep your certified fire-safety systems in place; we add a fast visual warning on top.

My plant runs two or three shifts. Does Foreman work at night?

Yes. We watch continuously across every shift. Our own AI models, trained in-house, are built for Indian plant conditions: oil mist, sparks and low light included.

Can it really tell me a machine is idle?

Yes. For the machines and lines you point us at, we read from the camera whether each one is running or stopped. Late starts and long stops then appear in your daily summary and weekly report.

What does it cost for a typical Pune unit?

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month, and annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

Where does my video go?

Detection runs at your plant, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
