Foreman / Morbi
Try ForemanMorbi kilns should be hot. Packing stacks should not. We tell the two apart.
Ceramic tile plants, vitrified lines, sanitaryware units, wall-clock factories and paper mills: Morbi runs around the clock, and nobody can look at every camera through the night. We watch them all and tell you on Telegram, with a photo, when there is early smoke near packing or movement in a godown that should be empty. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
01
How Morbi works, and where the cameras fall short
Morbi is India's ceramic town: tile and vitrified plants where the kiln runs 24x7, spray dryers and presses feeding it in shifts, glazing and printing lines, packing sections stacked with cardboard, and finished-goods godowns holding lakhs of rupees per rack. Alongside the tiles sit the wall-clock makers and paper mills the town is also known for.
Every one of these units has cameras. The plant keeps running long after the people watching those cameras have gone home. We keep watching after they leave and tell you, with a photo, the moment something needs you.
- Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
- Every camera watched continuously, all shifts, all night
- Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time
02
Fire warning for packing sections and godowns next to a kiln
A tile plant is an unusual mix: a kiln at extreme heat a few metres from a packing section full of cardboard, stretch film and wooden pallets. Gas lines, diesel storage and overloaded panels add their own risk.
We look for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and alert you in seconds with a photo, while it is still one pallet in the packing section. The camera pointed at the kiln is left out of fire alerts, so the kiln itself is not the alarm.
- Visual smoke and flame detection, day and night
- Covers packing sections, pallet stacks and diesel storage
- Every event checked by a second, larger model before it reaches you
03
Night theft and presses that stand still
Finished tiles, moulds, spare parts and diesel walk out of Morbi units at night more often than owners admit. We know which areas should be empty and when, and flag any person or vehicle near your godown, gate or yard in those hours. The rule is one sentence, for example: "tell me with a photo if anyone enters the packing godown after 10 pm."
If you want to know when presses and glazing lines sit stopped while the kiln keeps burning gas, idle-line tracking is set up with you for the presses and lines you choose.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around godowns, gates and yards
- Idle-line tracking for presses and glazing lines
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work on the cameras you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we see most across Gujarat, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We pick up visible smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place and use us as an early visual warning on top.
My plant runs 24x7 because of the kiln. Does Foreman keep up?
Yes. We watch continuously, across every shift and through the night. Our own AI models, trained in-house, are built for conditions like ceramic dust, heat shimmer and low light.
Can it tell me when a press or glazing line is standing idle?
Yes. Tell us which presses and lines matter, and we track running versus stopped on those cameras. Late starts and long stops then appear in your daily summary, so you see the pattern and not just one incident.
What does it cost for a typical Morbi unit?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month, and annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your plant, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days, and we never train on your footage.
