Foreman / Kochi
Try ForemanCold-store stock worth lakhs a rack. We watch your Kochi store through the night.
Seafood processing plants and cold stores, spice godowns, port-side warehouses and container yards, and the plywood and veneer units around Perumbavoor all have cameras that nobody is watching. We watch them for you and send a Telegram alert with a photo, the camera and the time when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
01
Built for the sea, the spice trade and the plywood belt
Kochi runs on the sea and what moves through it: seafood processors and exporters running peeling, freezing and packing lines against vessel schedules, spice traders holding godowns of pepper, cardamom and ginger, container traffic through the port and Vallarpadam terminal, and the plywood and veneer belt around Perumbavoor working timber around the clock.
Cold-store stock is worth lakhs per rack. A spice godown is a warehouse of cash. A plywood unit is one spark away from losing a season. We watch the same cameras continuously and tell you in time to act.
- No new hardware: works with the DVR and cameras you already own
- Every camera watched, across every shift
- Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time
02
Fire watch for plywood, veneer and packed godowns
A plywood unit is timber dust, veneer, resin and hot presses in one shed, among the fastest-burning fire loads in industry. A spice or cargo godown is dense, dry stock stacked to the roof.
We look for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and send you a photo while the fire is still one corner of one stack.
- Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
- Watches press sheds, veneer stacks and spice godowns, nights included
03
Night theft and idle lines
Frozen stock, spices, plywood sheets and diesel walk out of Kochi units at night more often than owners admit, and seafood margins leave no room for shrinkage. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your cold store, godown or gate when no one should be there, with a photo.
You write the rule the way you would brief a supervisor: "If anyone enters the cold store after 10 pm, send me a photo." If processing lines and presses standing still are costing you, idle checks are set up with you for the lines you choose.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around cold stores, godowns and gates
- Idle checks for processing lines and presses
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most across Kerala, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We see smoke and flame through your cameras; we do not sense heat. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place, especially in plywood and veneer sheds, and treat us as an early visual warning on top.
Cameras in a processing plant deal with steam, glare and wet floors. Will it cope?
Usually, yes. Our own AI models are trained in-house for Indian factory conditions, steam, glare and low light included, and a second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you.
What does it cost for a typical Kochi unit?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your plant, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
My export audits ask about premises security. Does Foreman help there?
We give you a timestamped photo record of alerts, a daily summary and a weekly PDF report. That is useful evidence that your premises are actively watched, alongside your existing security measures.
