Your Hyderabad plant already has cameras. Foreman makes them earn their keep.

Pharma and bulk-drug units, plastics processors, engineering workshops and packaging godowns around Jeedimetla, Balanagar and Patancheru share one problem: nobody is watching the cameras. Foreman plugs into the DVR you already own and sends a WhatsApp or Telegram alert, with photo proof, the moment something goes wrong. Setup takes about 30 minutes. Free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card.

Built for the way Hyderabad actually works

Hyderabad's industrial belts run on chemistry and machines: pharma and bulk-drug plants working around the clock, plastics units feeding extruders and moulding machines in shifts, and engineering workshops turning out fabrication and job work from Jeedimetla to Balanagar, Patancheru and Cherlapally.

Every one of these plants has CCTV. Almost none of it is watched. A solvent-store lapse, a night-time gate entry, a moulding machine that sat idle half a shift: most of it is discovered the next morning, on footage, after the loss is already done. Foreman changes what those cameras are for: from recording losses to preventing them.

  • Software only, runs on the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Watches every camera, every second, across all shifts
  • Alerts on WhatsApp or Telegram with photo proof, within seconds

Fire watch where solvents and plastics raise the stakes

A pharma block handles flammable solvents; a plastics unit is raw granules, finished stock and machines that run hot, a fire load stacked floor to ceiling. In both, a fire seen at second ten is an incident. The same fire at minute ten is the loss that decides your year, and in a licensed plant, weeks of stopped production on top.

Foreman watches your cameras for the first visible signs of smoke and flame and alerts you in seconds, with a photo, while the fire is still one corner of one rack. It complements your certified fire-alarm systems; it never replaces them.

  • Visual smoke and flame detection from existing cameras, day and night
  • An early layer on top of, never a substitute for, certified fire systems
  • Every event is double-checked before an alert fires, so alerts stay real

Night theft, shift attendance and idle machines

Raw material drums, copper cable, finished stock and packaging walk out of Hyderabad units at night more often than owners admit. Foreman knows when your premises should be empty and flags any person or vehicle near your gate, stores or loading bay when no one should be there.

Rules are written in plain Telugu, Hindi or English: 'If anyone enters the raw-material store after 10 pm, alert me with a photo.' Foreman follows that rule every night without getting sleepy. It also counts heads shift by shift, so attendance matches reality rather than the register, and flags extruders and moulding machines that sit stopped while you pay wages around them.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts around gates, stores and loading bays
  • Headcount and attendance, shift by shift, from the cameras you have
  • Idle-machine tracking: late starts, long stops, machines not earning
  • Daily WhatsApp/Telegram digest plus a weekly PDF report

Works on the DVRs Hyderabad installers already fit

Foreman plugs into existing Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua DVRs and NVRs, the brands we see most across Telangana, and most other standard RTSP/ONVIF CCTV. No new hardware, no new cameras, no rewiring. Setup takes about 30 minutes, done remotely with your own CCTV installer or computer person, on normal broadband.

Detection runs on-site; continuous footage stays inside your plant, which matters when process areas are confidential. Only short clips around a detected event go to the cloud for a second check before any alert fires. Clips are stored in India, auto-deleted after 30 days. We never sell data.

  • Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua and most standard DVRs/NVRs supported
  • About 30 minutes to set up, remotely, with your existing installer
  • Plans from ₹2,999/mo; free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card

Frequently asked

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

It works on the CCTV you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most across Telangana, and most standard RTSP/ONVIF DVRs and NVRs work too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. Foreman detects the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; it is not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place, especially around solvents. Foreman adds a fast visual early warning on top.

My plant's processes are confidential. Does footage go to your servers?

Detection runs on-site, so your continuous footage never leaves the premises. Only short clips around a detected event go for a second check; they are stored in India, auto-deleted after 30 days, and never sold.

We run three shifts. Does Foreman work at night?

Yes. It watches continuously, across every shift. Our own AI models, trained in-house for Indian factory conditions, handle dust, glare and low light, including standard infrared night footage.

What does it cost for a typical Hyderabad unit?

Sentry ₹2,999/mo (6 cameras), Supervisor ₹7,999/mo (16), Factory OS ₹19,999/mo (40). Annual prepay = 2 months free. Start with the free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card.

Can supervisors write rules in Telugu?

Yes. Rules can be written in plain Telugu, Hindi or English, in the words you would use to a supervisor, and Foreman follows them on the cameras you choose.
