Foreman / Hosur
Try ForemanA paint-line fire means a missed Hosur delivery. We flag the first smoke.
Hosur sits on the Bengaluru border and runs like it: two-wheeler and auto-component plants, engineering and electronics units in and around the SIPCOT industrial complex, and the vendor factories that feed larger assembly lines on strict delivery windows. They all share one problem: nobody is watching the cameras. We watch every camera continuously and send a Telegram alert with a photo, the camera and the time when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
01
Built for factories that live inside supply chains
Hosur's factories live inside supply chains. Auto ancillaries machine, press and paint components against delivery schedules set by the plants they feed. Electronics and engineering units run precision work where a missing crate or a stopped line is felt within hours, not weeks. The pressure to deliver on time never lets up.
Every one of these units has cameras, and almost none are watched as things happen. Break-ins, fires and unexplained stoppages surface the next morning on the recording, after the loss. We watch the same cameras continuously and tell you in time to act.
- No new hardware: works with the DVR and cameras you already own
- Every camera watched continuously, across every shift
- Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time
- Our own AI models, trained in-house for Indian factory conditions
02
Fire watch for paint lines, panels and component stores
Auto and engineering units carry paint and solvents, oil-soaked machining areas, dense electrical panels and stores stacked with packaging. Electronics floors add battery stock and charging points. Left alone for a few minutes, a small fire here becomes a stopped line, a missed delivery window and a customer asking questions.
We watch your cameras for the first visible smoke and flame and send you a photo while the fire is still one corner of one store.
- Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
- A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you
03
Night theft and idle machines
Machined components, copper, tooling and dispatch-ready bins are high-value and easy to move. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your stores, gate or yard when no one should be there, with a photo, and place a voice call for urgent events.
Write the rule the way you would say it, for example: "If any vehicle stops near the dispatch bay after 11 pm, send me a photo." If CNC machines and presses standing still are costing you, idle checks for late starts and long stops are set up with you for the lines you choose.
If your customers audit you, the daily summaries and weekly reports are straightforward to show.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around stores, gates, yards and dispatch bays
- Idle-machine checks for late starts and long stops
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most around Hosur, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We work only from what your cameras see, so we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place; we give you an early visual warning on top of them.
We run round the clock to meet delivery windows. Does Foreman keep up?
Yes. We watch continuously across every shift, and rules can differ by time of day: strict intrusion rules at night, and idle checks on the lines you choose.
What does it cost for a typical Hosur unit?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
Our IT policy is strict. What does Foreman need from the network?
An outbound internet connection on normal broadband, nothing more. There is no port-forwarding and no inbound access, and we never expose your cameras to the public internet.
