An auto-parts plant lives and dies by uptime: presses, moulding machines and CNC lines that must run to hit delivery windows for assemblers who do not accept excuses. Fire watch for hot lines, plastics and stacked stock
Injection moulding runs plastics past their melt point all day. Food lines run fryers, ovens and boilers. Warehouses stack cartons, film and pallets in dense rows. A fault at 1 am in any of these is invisible until it is unmissable, and most plants find out from the next morning's recording.

Night intrusion and idle machines
Components, copper, finished parts and packaged food all move easily at night. We know when your plant should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your warehouse, gate or yard when no one should be there. You write the rule as a sentence: "If anyone enters the parts warehouse after 10 pm, send me a photo and call me."
By day, presses and lines standing still while wages run cost you too: late starts, long stops, a machine idle through half a shift. Idle checks, dock dwell, dispatch logging and helmet and vest checks are set up with you for your plant.

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Uniview, Axis and Hanwha all connect, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We see the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Your certified fire-alarm systems stay, and we add an early visual warning on top.
My plant runs 24 hours. Can Foreman tell normal night work from an intruder?
You define the rules and the schedule: which zones should be empty, and when. We flag what breaks those rules, and a second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you.

Where does my video go?
Detection runs inside your plant, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
Can it check safety gear like helmets and vests?
Yes. You mark the zones where safety gear is required, and we flag anyone there without a helmet or vest, using the cameras that already watch for fire and intrusion.
