Foreman / Ankleshwar
Try ForemanThe second shift ends. You go home. We keep watching your Ankleshwar warehouse.
Agrochemical plants, pharma intermediate units, dye and specialty chemical makers. Ankleshwar GIDC and the estates around it run batch processes, solvent stores and tanker gates that no chowkidar can watch alone. We watch every camera you already have and tell you on Telegram, with a photo, when smoke appears or a warehouse is entered after hours. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
01
How Ankleshwar and Panoli work
Ankleshwar GIDC, with Panoli beside it, is one of India's dense chemical clusters: agrochemicals, pharma intermediates, dyes and specialty chemicals, produced in batch plants that run in shifts and never quite stop. Around the reactors sits the day-to-day: drum yards, solvent storage, warehouses of raw material, and a gate where tankers and trucks move at all hours.
In a chemical estate, the next morning is too late, for a fire, for a theft, and for the questions that follow both. We watch every camera and tell you what we notice while you can still act.
- Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
- Every camera watched continuously, every shift
- Telegram alerts with a photo, and a voice call for urgent events
02
Fire warning for drum yards, warehouses and panel rooms
In an agrochemical or intermediates unit, flammable stock is a fact of life: solvents, powders, packaging and finished goods sharing a compound with heat, electrics and hot work.
We look for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and alert you in seconds with a photo, while it is still one drum, one rack, one corner. A second, larger model checks every event first.
- Visual smoke and flame detection, day and night
- Watches solvent storage, packing and finished-goods areas
03
Night intrusion and the gate
Drums, cable, spares and finished stock leave chemical units quietly, mostly after the second shift. We know which areas should be empty and when, and flag any person or vehicle near your warehouse, drum yard or boundary in those hours.
At the gate, vehicle and dispatch logging is set up with you for your gate cameras: which vehicle came, when, and how long it stood there, each with a photo.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around warehouses, yards and boundaries
- Gate and dispatch logging with photos
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we see most across Gujarat, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm or gas detection?
No. We see visible smoke and flame through your cameras; we do not sense heat or gas the way a detector does. Keep your certified fire and safety systems in place and let us add a fast visual warning on top.
Our unit runs continuous shifts. Does Foreman keep up at night?
Yes. We watch continuously, across every shift and through the night. Our own AI models, trained in-house, are built for dust, steam and low light.
Can it track vehicles and dispatch at the gate?
Yes. For the gate cameras you choose, we log each vehicle movement with a photo and a time. And as standard, any vehicle or person present when the premises should be empty raises an alert, so loading at 2 am is a question you can ask the same night.
What does it cost for a typical Ankleshwar unit?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month, and annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
