Foreman / Haridwar
Try ForemanNo dispatch due, yet a vehicle is at your Haridwar gate. You get the photo.
The SIDCUL Haridwar belt runs on pharmaceutical and ayurvedic manufacturing, FMCG and personal-care lines, auto and two-wheeler component plants, and the packaging units that feed them all. These plants are full of cameras fitted for GMP and customer audits, and almost nobody watches them. We watch them for you and send a Telegram alert with a photo, the camera and the time the moment something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

Built for GMP plants and OEM suppliers
A pharma or FMCG plant in SIDCUL is built around discipline: clean areas, documented processes, materials that must sit exactly where the record says they sit. Auto component units next door live by their OEM's delivery schedule. Both run shifts of contract labour, hold stores full of raw material and finished goods, and depend on lines that only earn while they move.
The cameras were fitted to satisfy an auditor, and on most days that is all they do. We watch every one of them continuously and tell you when a person, vehicle, flame or wisp of smoke appears where it should not.
- No new hardware: works with the DVR and cameras you already own
- Watches lines, warehouses, yards and gates across every shift
02
Fire watch for solvent rooms, packaging stores and warehouses
Pharma and personal-care plants keep solvents and alcohol-based materials on site, and every plant in the belt keeps mountains of packaging: cartons, shrink film, labels, laminates. A warehouse fire does not just burn stock. It burns batch records, delivery commitments and an audit trail you will spend months rebuilding.
We watch your cameras for the first visible smoke and flame, day and night, and send you a photo while it is still one stack of cartons.
- Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
- Covers warehouses, packaging stores and yards where sensors are thin
- A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you
03
Night intrusion and idle lines
Finished goods and raw material are most at risk between the last shift and the first: people near the warehouse when it should be locked, vehicles at the gate at hours no dispatch is scheduled. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle in the areas you mark, with a photo, plus a voice call for urgent events.
If filling, packing and machining lines standing still are costing you, idle checks are set up with you for the lines you choose. A daily summary and a weekly report show you how the plant ran.
- After-hours intrusion and vehicle alerts around warehouses, yards and gates
- Idle-line checks for late starts and long stops
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most across the SIDCUL belt, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Our plant has strict IT and audit requirements. What does Foreman touch?
Very little. Our software runs on a computer inside your premises, reads your recorder's video stream and connects outbound over normal internet only. No port-forwarding, no router changes, and we never expose your cameras to the public internet.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We see visible smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Your certified fire-safety systems stay in place, and we give you an early visual warning on top.
Does it work at night and between shifts?
Yes. We watch every camera continuously, across every shift and through the gaps between them. Our own AI models, trained in-house, work in low light too.
What does it cost for a typical Haridwar plant?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs inside your plant, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
