Try ForemanOne injury is never just one injury
A worker gets hurt, the line stops, the insurer opens a file and the inspector visits, all from one moment nobody saw. We set up helmet checks, man-down and near-miss detection for your cameras and hazard zones, and build the record your register cannot.
01
The gap between briefed and watched
Every factory has the register: safety briefing held, signatures collected, helmets issued. And every owner knows the distance between that page and the floor at 4 PM on a busy shift, when someone ducks into the press bay bare-headed because it will only take a minute.
Your supervisors are good, but they cannot watch every zone on every shift. So lapses happen in the gaps, and the one that becomes an injury brings the question you cannot answer: how long had this been happening?
- Nobody can watch every zone on every shift
- Lapses cluster at shift change, rush hours and night shift
- After an incident, a paper register protects nobody

Safety checks, set up for your site
Every site has different hazards, gear rules and camera angles, so we set these up with you. Tell us your hazard zones, what each one requires and which cameras cover them, and we configure the checks for your cameras and layout.
Helmet and vest checks are the everyday layer: anyone entering a marked zone without the required gear is flagged. Man-down is the emergency layer: a person who goes down and stays down is flagged right away. Near-miss is the early-warning layer: when a forklift and a person come dangerously close, you hear about the close call. Detection runs on site, and a second, larger model double-checks every event before it reaches you.
- Helmet and vest checks in the zones you mark
- Man-down alerts when a person falls and stays down
- Near-miss alerts when forklifts and people come too close
- All configured with our team for your cameras and layout

Rules in plain words, evidence on record
You brief us the way you would brief a supervisor, for example alert me if anyone enters the press bay without a helmet. Different zones can carry different rules, and rules can follow your shifts.
Then the record builds itself. Every morning, a daily summary shows lapses by zone and shift, so you learn where the problem really is and fix that. Every week, a PDF report shows the pattern over time, with a photo, the camera and the time for each event, ready when an inspector, insurer or customer asks how you run your floor.
- Rules in plain words per zone and per shift
- Daily summary of lapses by zone and shift
- Weekly PDF report you can use as audit evidence
04
Clear about what this is
These are assistive alerts. They do not stop a machine, block a doorway or discipline anyone. Your safety process decides what happens next, and your safety officer, training and certified safety systems stay exactly as important as they are today. What changes is what they can see.
05
What it costs
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum. Six cameras on one hazard area cost ₹2,400 a month; sixteen cost ₹6,400. Safety checks are set up for your site once we have looked at your zones and cameras together. Set that against a single lost-time injury. Your numbers, not ours.
- 6 cameras: ₹2,400 a month
- 16 cameras: ₹6,400 a month
- Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card

Questions
Questions, answered.
Which safety checks can you set up?
Helmet and safety-vest checks in the zones you mark, man-down detection, and forklift near-miss detection. We set each one up with you for your cameras and layout.
Is it on as soon as I install?
Fire and smoke, after-hours intrusion and camera tampering run from the start. The safety checks on this page are configured with our team once we know your zones and camera views.
Does this replace my safety officer or safety systems?
No. These are assistive alerts. Your safety officer, training and certified safety systems stay exactly as they are.
Can I use the reports for audits and insurance?
Yes. The weekly PDF report records lapses by zone and shift, each with a photo, the camera and the time.
Will my supervisors drown in alerts?
Every event is double-checked before it reaches anyone, and each alert carries a photo so it can be judged at a glance. The daily summary gathers routine lapses; only urgent events interrupt anyone.
