Foreman / fire prevention
Try ForemanThe fire that ends a season starts small, on an empty floor
Factory fires rarely start with an explosion. They start with a hot motor or an overloaded board and grow while nobody is there. We watch every camera you already own for smoke and flame and send a photo to your phone within seconds.
01
Why factories burn when nobody is there
Walk any factory and count the ways a fire starts: a hot bearing, a loose connection, a spark in packing waste, a cigarette where there should not be one. Each is easy to deal with in the first few minutes and far harder after that.
The question is who is there for those first minutes. Fires that take hold at night, over weekends or during shutdowns do so because nobody is on the floor. In a tall shed, smoke has to rise and build before a ceiling detector sees it. By then you are counting a loss: stock, machines and the orders that were sitting in them.
- Fires grow fastest when the floor is empty
- In tall sheds, smoke must rise before a ceiling detector sees it
- The loss is never just the stock
02
A fire watch on every camera
We watch your existing cameras for the visual signs of smoke and flame, where they start, as they appear. Production area, godown, yard and loading bay, through the night shift and the Sunday nobody is in.
Detection runs on site, using our own AI models trained in-house for Indian factory conditions: dust, low light, crowded views. A second, larger model double-checks every event before it reaches you, so a welding flash or a glint of sunlight does not send you running.
- Smoke and flame detection on every connected camera
- Nights, weekends and shutdowns, the hours of greatest risk
- Every event double-checked before it reaches you
03
This sits alongside your fire alarms, not in place of them
We complement certified fire-alarm and life-safety systems and never replace them. Keep your alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers and drills exactly as they are. What we add is an earlier view: a camera can see flame where it starts, often before smoke reaches a ceiling detector in a large shed.
04
The alert, and the minutes it gives you
When smoke or flame is confirmed, a Telegram message reaches your phone within seconds with a photo, the camera and the time, along with a voice call. You can judge it at a glance and get someone moving, the guard, a neighbour with a key or the fire brigade, while it is still small.
You can shape the watch in plain words, for example tell me and the supervisor if there is smoke in the godown at night. Because a blind camera is a blind fire watch, we also tell you when any camera is covered, knocked out of focus or goes dark. Every morning a daily summary covers the night, and every week a PDF report gives you a record you can show an insurer or auditor.
- Telegram alert with a photo within seconds, plus a voice call
- Camera-tampering alerts, so a dead camera never goes unnoticed
- Daily summary and weekly PDF report

What it costs
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum. Six cameras cost ₹2,400 a month. Set that against one corner of your godown burning for twenty minutes on a Sunday night before anyone knew. You know what the stock, the machines and the orders behind them are worth.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Does this replace my fire alarm system?
No. We complement certified fire-alarm and life-safety systems and never replace them. Keep every alarm, sprinkler and extinguisher you have.
Can it see a fire at night in an empty factory?
Yes, that is the case it is built for. It works with the night modes your cameras already switch into, and the alert goes to your phone.
Will welding, steam or dust set it off?
Every suspected event is double-checked by a larger model before an alert goes out, and our models are trained in-house on real factory conditions where sparks, steam and dust are everyday sights. Each alert comes with a photo, so you can confirm it at a glance.
What happens when it sees smoke?
A Telegram message with a photo, the camera and the time within seconds of the event being confirmed, plus a voice call. The event also appears in your morning summary and weekly PDF report.
Do I need new cameras, sensors or wiring?
No. Our software works with the cameras and recorders you already own and installs in 60 seconds. The 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras is free, with no card.
