Foreman / cold storage 3pl
Try ForemanYour docks decide your P&L. We watch every one of them.
In a cold storage or 3PL warehouse, the losses cluster at the doors: pilferage at the dock, disputes over what left and when, movement after hours, and a night shift nobody really supervises. We run our own AI models on your existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus or Dahua cameras and send alerts to Telegram with a photo, the camera and the time. No new hardware. Installs in 60 seconds.
01
Where a warehouse loses money
A 3PL owner carries a particular burden: most of the stock in the building belongs to someone else, and every shortfall becomes your claim, your dispute, your reputation. Pilferage at the dock rarely looks like theft. It looks like a carton miscount, a pallet that was "always short", a dispatch the customer swears was incomplete. At night the building runs on trust: a skeleton shift, a guard at one gate, and forty cameras nobody watches.
We watch them all. We know the difference between a truck at the dock at 3 PM and a person at the dock at 3 AM, and we tell you about the second one while it is happening.
- Works with your existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus or Dahua DVR or NVR, and any RTSP or ONVIF camera
- Watches every connected camera, across every shift
- Detection runs on site, and your continuous video stays on your premises
02
Dispatch proof: what left, and when
The most expensive sentence in logistics is "prove it." We set up vehicle and dispatch logging for your docks and gates, building a timestamped visual record: which vehicle came, when it docked, when it left. When a customer disputes a dispatch, you answer with dated photos instead of a goodwill credit.
Add your own rules in plain words, such as "tell me if any vehicle comes to dock 2 after 11 PM". We follow them, with a photo on every alert.
- Timestamped vehicle logging at docks and gates, set up for your site
- Photo-backed answers to "what left, and when"
- Rules in plain words, per dock and per hour
03
Nights, perimeters and the camera that goes dark
Most break-ins are discovered the next morning, after the loss is done. We change that. After-hours movement anywhere on the premises triggers an alert with a photo. Because covering a camera is often the first move before a theft, we also tell you when any camera is covered, sprayed, blacked out or knocked out of focus. Loitering alerts at the perimeter can be set up for your site.
The night shift stops being a blind spot, and every event is in the Foreman app on the web.
- After-hours intrusion alerts across docks, aisles and yards
- Camera-tampering alerts, plus loitering alerts set up for your perimeter
- Every event in the Foreman app on the web

Forklifts and people in narrow aisles
Narrow aisles, racking, reversing forklifts and pickers on foot create close calls every day, and nobody records them until one becomes an injury. We set up forklift near-miss detection for the lanes you mark, flagging a vehicle and a person too close, so you see the pattern by aisle and shift while it is still a coaching conversation.
A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you, so a flag from Foreman is worth acting on. Your supervisors decide and act.
- Near-miss alerts where forklifts and people share aisles, configured for your site
- Patterns by aisle and shift in your daily summary
- Every event checked by a second model before it reaches you

Install in 60 seconds, and clear about what this is
Nothing to buy and nothing to rewire. Our software installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds and connects to your DVR or NVR. Our team then sets up dispatch logging, near-miss and dock checks with you. A plain-language summary arrives every day on Telegram, and a weekly PDF report covers intrusions and the checks set up for your site.
One thing said plainly: we work from what a camera can see. We do not monitor temperature or cold-chain compliance, and we do not replace your temperature logging or refrigeration alarms. We watch doors, docks, people and vehicles, the human side of the building, which is where much of the money leaks. Our own AI models are trained in-house for dim aisles, crowded docks and night conditions.
- 60-second install, no new hardware
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report
- No temperature or cold-chain monitoring. Doors, docks, people and vehicles

What it costs, against one dispatch dispute
Take a cold storage or 3PL site with docks, aisles, a perimeter and a gate on 16 cameras: ₹6,400 a month, or ₹64,000 for the year with two months free, plus GST.
Set that against one plain question: suppose a single dispatch dispute goes against you because you could not prove what left the dock, or a few cartons a week go missing for a season before anyone notices. You know your claim sizes and stock values.
- 16 cameras: ₹6,400 a month or ₹64,000 a year (two months free)
- Price one lost dispute or one season of quiet pilferage yourself
- Start with a free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras
Questions
Questions, answered.
Does Foreman monitor temperature or cold-chain compliance?
No. We work from what your cameras can see: doors, docks, people and vehicles. We do not measure temperature and do not replace your refrigeration alarms or temperature logging. Those systems stay in place. We cover the human side of the building.
Do I need new cameras or hardware?
No. Our software works with your existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus or Dahua DVR or NVR, and any RTSP or ONVIF camera. It installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds.
How does it help with a dispatch dispute?
We set up vehicle logging at your docks and gates, with timestamps and photos. When a customer disputes what left and when, you pull the dated record instead of arguing from memory or going through days of recordings.
Will it work in dim aisles and at night?
Yes. Our models are trained in-house for low light and cluttered frames, and a second, larger model checks every event before an alert goes out, so night alerts stay real, not headlights and shadows.
What does it cost, and can I try it first?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST, with two months free on annual prepay. Start with a free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card needed.
