Foreman

Foreman / Vadodara

Smoke in the paint store, someone in the copper store. You know that minute.

Engineering works, fabrication and machine shops, pharma plants, chemical units and plastics processors: Vadodara runs on machines, stores and shifts that nobody can watch all day. We watch every camera you already have and tell you on Telegram, with a photo, the camera and the time, when smoke appears or a store is entered after hours. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

01

An engineering town and a process town at once

From Makarpura GIDC to the chemical belt around Nandesari, Vadodara is an engineering and process town: machine shops full of CNC and conventional machines, fabrication yards stacked with plate and structures, pharma and chemical plants running in shifts, and stores holding copper, brass, tooling and finished components worth more than the shed they sit in.

The cameras in these units mostly record for the day something goes wrong. We watch them live and tell the owner or the shift in charge within seconds when something needs attention.

  • Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Every camera watched continuously, every shift
  • Alerts with a photo on Telegram and in the Foreman app, plus a voice call when it is urgent

02

Early fire warning for solvent stores, panel rooms and paint stores

In a chemical or pharma unit, the difference between a small fire and a plant-level incident is minutes. In an engineering shop, it is the panel room, the paint store or the oily-rag corner that goes first, usually at night, when nobody is on the floor.

We look for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and alert you in seconds with a photo, while the fire is still one corner of one room. A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you.

  • Visual smoke and flame detection, day and night
  • Covers the panel room, paint store and scrap corner a ceiling sensor may miss

03

Copper and tooling after hours, machines during the day

Copper, brass, cable, inserts and finished components leave Vadodara units quietly, a little at a time, mostly at night. Mark your stores, gate and scrap yard, set the hours they should be empty, and we tell you when a person or vehicle appears.

If you want to see the CNC that started an hour late or the press that has not moved since lunch, idle-machine tracking is set up with you for the machines you choose.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts around stores, gates and yards
  • Idle-machine tracking for late starts and long stops
  • A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions

Questions, answered.

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

We work with the cameras and recorder you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we see most across Gujarat, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. We see the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat, smoke or gas sensor. Keep your certified fire and gas detection in place and treat us as a fast visual warning on top.

My plant runs in shifts. Does Foreman work at night?

Yes. We watch continuously across every shift. Our own AI models, trained in-house, are built for Indian plant conditions: dust, glare and low light included.

Can it handle a chemical or pharma environment?

Yes. We work from your cameras, so we watch whatever they see: solvent stores, drum yards, gates and packing areas. We are a visual layer, not a process instrument.

What does it cost for a typical Vadodara unit?

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month, and annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

Where does my video go?

Detection runs at your plant, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
