Foreman

Foreman / Jamnagar

In Jamnagar, brass is money by the kilo. We see who goes near it after hours.

Brass turning units, casting shops, extrusion plants, electroplating lines and machining job-work floors: in India's brass city, the metal has a price in the bin, on the machine and in the scrap heap. We watch the cameras you already own and tell you on Telegram, with a photo, when someone is near stock after hours or smoke appears. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

01

Built around Jamnagar's brass lanes

From the brass lanes of Shankar Tekri to the machining units across the city's industrial areas, Jamnagar runs on brass parts: rod coming in, turned and machined components going out, with casting furnaces, presses, traub and CNC machines working in between. Most units are compact, dense and family-run, and the material on the floor is worth more than the machines it sits on.

When brass goes missing, in the scrap, in a pocket, in a bag on a bike, it is usually found at stock-taking, weeks too late. We watch every camera and tell you what we notice the same minute.

  • Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Every camera watched continuously, every shift
  • Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time

02

Theft alerts where the raw material is worth stealing

Brass does not need a truck to disappear; it needs a pocket. Rod ends, finished parts, scrap and swarf all have a ready price per kilo. Mark your stock, scrap area and gate, set when they should be empty, and we flag any person or vehicle there: at night, on Sundays, during lunch.

Every alert arrives within seconds with a photo, so you are not scrolling through recordings the next morning wondering what happened. You see who, where and when, while it is still happening.

  • After-hours intrusion alerts around stock, scrap and gates
  • A photo on Telegram within seconds
  • Your own rules: who is allowed where, and when

03

Early fire warning for furnaces, panels and oily floors

Casting shops run furnaces; machining floors run on cutting oil; electroplating lines run chemicals and heaters. Add overloaded electricals in a summer that does not cool down at night, and fire mostly starts small and out of sight.

We look for the first visible smoke and flame on your cameras and alert you in seconds with a photo, while it is still one panel or one oily corner. A second, larger model checks every event first.

  • Visual smoke and flame detection, day and night
  • Covers furnace areas, electrical panels and plating lines

04

Idle machines and the DVR you already own

In a job-work business, an idle machine is a delivery date slipping quietly. If you want traubs, lathes and CNCs tracked for late starts and long stops, that tracking is set up with you for the machines you choose.

Our software installs on a computer at your unit in 60 seconds and connects to existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua DVRs and NVRs, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF camera.

Installers who fit cameras for brass units around Shankar Tekri and across Jamnagar can earn a share of every client they bring. See foremanintelligence.com/partners.

  • Idle-machine tracking for traubs, lathes and CNCs
  • Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus, Dahua and standard RTSP/ONVIF recorders
  • ₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum

Questions

Questions, answered.

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

We work with the cameras you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we see most across Gujarat, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

My unit has just a few machines. Is Foreman too much for it?

No. Six cameras cost ₹2,400 a month. If your brass stock is worth protecting, we can start telling you who is near it and when, on the cameras you already own.

Can it really catch someone pocketing material?

We flag people in places they should not be, at times they should not be there, with a photo in seconds. We cannot see inside a pocket, but we turn "stock is short at stock-taking" into "someone was at the scrap bin at 11:40 pm, here is the photo."

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. We spot visible smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems and treat us as an early visual warning on top.

What does it cost for a typical Jamnagar unit?

₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month, and annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.

Where does my video go?

Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days, and we never train on your footage.
