Your Haridwar plant already has CCTV everywhere. Foreman turns it into a 24x7 watchman.

The SIDCUL Haridwar belt runs on pharmaceutical and ayurvedic manufacturing, FMCG and personal-care lines, auto and two-wheeler component plants, and the packaging units that feed them all. These plants are full of cameras, fitted for GMP and customer audits, and almost none of them are watched. Foreman plugs into your existing DVR and sends a WhatsApp or Telegram alert, with photo proof, the moment something goes wrong. Setup takes about 30 minutes. Free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card.

Built for the way Haridwar actually works

A pharma or FMCG plant in SIDCUL is built around discipline: clean areas, documented processes, materials that must sit exactly where the record says they sit. Auto component units next door live by their OEM's delivery schedule. Both run shifts of contract labour, hold stores full of raw material and finished goods, and depend on lines that only earn while they move.

The cameras were fitted to satisfy an auditor, and on most days that is all they do. Foreman puts them on duty. It watches every feed, every second, and tells you within seconds when a person, vehicle, flame or wisp of smoke appears where it should not.

  • Software only, runs on the DVR and cameras you already own
  • Watches lines, stores, yards and gates across every shift
  • Alerts on WhatsApp or Telegram with photo proof, within seconds

Fire watch for solvent rooms, packaging stores and warehouses

Pharma and personal-care plants keep solvents and alcohol-based materials on site; every plant in the belt keeps mountains of packaging: cartons, shrink film, labels, laminates. A warehouse fire does not just burn stock, it burns batch records, delivery commitments and an audit trail you will spend months rebuilding.

Foreman watches your cameras for the first visible signs of smoke and flame, day and night, and alerts you in seconds with a photo, while the fire is still one corner of one rack. It complements your certified fire-alarm systems; it never replaces them.

  • Visual smoke and flame detection from existing cameras, day and night
  • Covers warehouses, packaging stores and yards where sensors are thin
  • An early layer on top of, never a substitute for, certified fire systems
  • Every event is double-checked before an alert fires, so alerts stay real

Night intrusion, shift attendance and idle lines

Finished goods and raw material are most at risk between the last shift and the first: people near the warehouse when it should be locked, vehicles at the gate at hours no dispatch is scheduled. Foreman knows when your premises should be empty and flags any person or vehicle in the areas you mark, with a photo within seconds, and can place a voice call for events you mark critical.

By day, it counts heads shift by shift so contract-labour attendance matches what the cameras saw rather than what the register claims, and flags filling, packing and machining lines that sit stopped while you pay wages around them. A daily digest and weekly report show you the plant you actually ran.

  • After-hours intrusion and vehicle alerts around warehouses, yards and gates
  • Headcount and attendance, shift by shift, from the cameras you have
  • Idle-line tracking: late starts, long stops, lines not earning
  • Daily WhatsApp/Telegram digest plus a weekly PDF report

Works on the DVRs Haridwar installers already fit

Foreman plugs into existing Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua DVRs and NVRs, the brands fitted across most of the SIDCUL belt, and most other standard RTSP/ONVIF CCTV. No new hardware, no new cameras, no rewiring. Setup takes about 30 minutes, done remotely with your own CCTV installer or IT person, on normal broadband.

Detection runs on-site, so continuous footage stays inside your plant; only short clips around a detected event go to the cloud for a second check before any alert fires. Clips are stored in India and auto-deleted after 30 days. We never sell data. The first real alert typically lands within 48 hours of connecting.

  • Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua and most standard RTSP/ONVIF DVRs/NVRs supported
  • About 30 minutes to set up, remotely, with your existing installer
  • Footage stays on-site; only verified event clips go to the cloud
  • Plans from ₹2,999/mo; free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card

Frequently asked

Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?

It works on the CCTV you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most across the SIDCUL belt, and most standard RTSP/ONVIF DVRs and NVRs work too. No new cameras, no rewiring.

Our plant has strict IT and audit requirements. What does Foreman touch?

Very little. It runs on a machine inside your premises, reads your DVR's video stream, and connects outbound over normal internet only. No port-forwarding, no router changes, and your cameras are never exposed to the public internet by Foreman.

Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?

No. Foreman detects the visible signs of smoke and flame through your cameras; it is not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place. Foreman adds a fast visual early warning on top.

Does it work at night and between shifts?

Yes. Foreman watches continuously, across every shift and through the gaps between them. Our own AI models are trained in-house for Indian factory conditions, including low light.

What does it cost for a typical Haridwar plant?

Sentry ₹2,999/mo (6 cameras), Supervisor ₹7,999/mo (16), Factory OS ₹19,999/mo (40). Annual prepay gives you 2 months free. Start with the free 14-day pilot on 4 cameras, no card.

Where does my footage go?

Detection runs on-site, so continuous footage never leaves your premises. Only short clips around a detected event go for a second check; they are stored in India and auto-deleted after 30 days. We never sell data.
