Foreman / Faridabad
Try ForemanThe Faridabad shift has gone home. We are still watching the forge shop.
Auto-component plants, forging shops, sheet-metal and machine-tool units line Faridabad's industrial sectors along Mathura Road and around Ballabgarh, and their cameras mostly go unwatched. We watch them through every shift and send a Telegram alert with a photo, the camera and the time when something needs you. Free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
01
Built for Faridabad's engineering sectors
Faridabad is one of North India's oldest engineering towns: auto components, forgings, castings, sheet metal, fasteners and machine tools, produced across industrial sectors that run from Mathura Road down through Ballabgarh, much of it feeding OEM lines where a delayed dispatch costs more than the parts themselves.
Every one of these units has cameras, often years old and pointed at the right places. Almost nobody watches them. Scrap pilferage, night entries and stopped machines are usually found later, on the recording or in the monthly numbers. We watch those same cameras and tell you while it is happening.
- Works on the cameras you fitted years ago, no new hardware
- Every camera watched, across every shift
- Telegram alerts with a photo, the camera and the time
02
Fire watch for forging shops, oil and panel rooms
A forging or heat-treatment shop lives with fire on purpose, which makes the accidental kind harder to notice. Quenching oil, hydraulic lines, compressor rooms and overloaded panels are where engineering-unit fires start, usually after the shift that caused them has gone home.
We watch your cameras for the first visible smoke and flame and send you a photo while it is still one corner of one room.
- Early visual smoke and flame detection from the cameras you have
- Night cover for oil stores, compressor rooms and panels
03
Night theft, scrap pilferage and idle presses
In an engineering unit the money leaks in kilos: brass, copper, tool inserts and scrap that walks out a little at a time, usually at night or through the scrap gate. We know when your premises should be empty and tell you about any person or vehicle near your stores, scrap yard or gate when no one should be there, with a photo of what we saw.
Idle checks on presses, CNCs and lines, and helmet and vest checks on the floor, are set up with you for the machines and areas you pick. The day rolls up into a summary on Telegram and a weekly report you can act on.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around stores, scrap yards and gates
- Idle-machine checks for presses and CNCs
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras and recorders you already have. Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua are the brands we connect to most across the NCR industrial belt, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
My shop floor has welding and furnaces. Will that trigger false alarms?
A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you, so furnace glow, welding and grinding sparks are filtered out first. You also choose which cameras and areas each rule covers.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We spot visible smoke and flame through your cameras; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems as they are and use us as an early visual warning on top.
Can it check helmets and safety gear for OEM audits?
Yes. Helmet and vest checks run on the cameras and areas you choose. You get a photo alert when someone is on the floor without them, and the weekly report gives you a record of how the floor ran.
What does it cost for a typical Faridabad unit?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera unit pays ₹6,400 a month. Pay yearly and get two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your unit, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
