Foreman / man down detection
Try ForemanMan-down detection that gets help to a worker sooner
When someone collapses and does not get up, every minute counts. We set up man-down detection for your cameras and layout, so a person who is down and not moving is flagged with a photo and a voice call.
01
The cost of finding out late
On a busy site, a worker can collapse in an aisle, behind a machine or in a corner nobody is looking at. By the time someone walks past, critical minutes have gone.
The danger is not only the fall. It is the time between the fall and someone noticing. Man-down detection shortens that time.
02
What you get
The aim is simple: help moving sooner, for your people and your business.
- A person who falls and stays down is flagged, not found at the next walk-through
- A photo showing where, so whoever responds knows where to go
- A voice call to your phone, so it reaches you away from a screen
- Coverage during breaks, night shifts and quiet hours
03
How we set it up with you
Our software installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds and works with the cameras and recorders you already have. Because layouts, camera angles and working postures differ from site to site, we set man-down detection up with you: which areas to cover, which cameras see them, and what normal work there looks like.
Once running, a person who goes down and stays down and still is flagged. A second, larger model double-checks each event before it reaches you, so a normal crouch or a quick sit-down is far less likely to become an alert. You get a Telegram message with a photo and a voice call.
04
An early warning, not a replacement for safety
This is an assistive alert. It helps you find out sooner that someone may be down, so you can respond sooner.
It does not replace first aid, trained supervision or your emergency procedures. An alert is a prompt to send someone to check and to follow your plan, not a medical assessment.
05
Our own models
We train our own AI models in-house for real factory and warehouse conditions: uneven lighting, cluttered aisles, people working in awkward positions.
Questions
Questions, answered.
How does it tell a fall from someone sitting or resting?
It looks for a person who goes down and then stays down and still, which separates a collapse from a crouch or a short rest. Every event is double-checked before it reaches you. The final call always rests with the person who responds.
Is it on as soon as I install?
No. Man-down detection is set up with our team for your areas and cameras. Fire and smoke, after-hours intrusion and camera tampering run from the start.
Does this replace my safety officer?
No. It is an early-warning aid, not a substitute for a safety officer, first aid or your emergency procedures.
Does it work at night?
It works wherever your cameras can see. With working night cameras, it covers night shifts and quiet hours. Where a camera cannot see, neither can we, so lighting and coverage matter.
Do I need new cameras or hardware?
No. Our software installs on a computer at your site in 60 seconds and works with the cameras you already own.
