Foreman / pharma food
Try ForemanCompliance evidence for pharma and food plants, from the cameras you already own
We watch your existing cameras for what a supervisor cannot stand and watch all shift: someone in a clean zone who should not be there, and movement after hours. Gowning and PPE checks are set up for your doors with our team. Our software installs in 60 seconds on a computer at your site, with no new hardware. Vision only: we read what the camera can see, and nothing else.

What Foreman does in a pharma or food plant
In a pharma or food plant, one hygiene lapse can mean a failed audit, a held batch, or a customer you do not win back. The cost of a single slip is far higher than the cost of watching for it, yet no owner can stand at the gowning door all shift, every shift.
We watch the cameras you already have. We flag entry into restricted areas and tell you when something moves after hours. With our team, you can add checks for the visible gowning and PPE your SOP requires. You get the evidence and the alert without adding people or devices.
- Works with your existing Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus, Dahua, or any RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR
- 60-second install, no new hardware, no rewiring
- A second, larger model checks every event before it reaches you
02
What we watch for
We read only what a camera can see. In pharma and food plants that means who is in which zone, movement when the plant should be empty and, set up for your site, visible gowning and PPE.
- Clean-zone and restricted-area access: people detection plus zones you draw, so entry into a gowning or production area at the wrong time raises an alert
- After-hours intrusion: movement in a closed plant or restricted store, with a photo, while it is happening
- Gowning and PPE checks: configured with you for the visible items your SOP requires, at the doors that matter
03
Compliance evidence, captured as you go
Auditors and customers want proof, not promises. Because we are already watching, we build a quiet record of what happened: a timestamped photo when a rule is broken, a log of after-hours entries, a daily summary and a weekly PDF report.
When an audit comes, you are not reconstructing the week from memory. You have dated, photo-backed evidence of how your hygiene and access discipline held up, and a clear trail of the exceptions, so you can coach the line instead of guessing.
- Photo evidence attached to every flagged event
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report, compiled for you
- A dated record of exceptions and after-hours activity
04
How it works
Detection runs on site, on a PC inside your plant, so your continuous video stays on your premises. When our model spots a possible event, a second, larger model checks it before you are alerted. That keeps false alarms low.
Alerts arrive on Telegram with a photo, the camera and the time, and a voice call when it is urgent. A plain-language summary arrives every day.
You set rules in plain words, such as "alert me if anyone enters the clean room after 8 PM". No dashboards to learn.
- On-site detection, then a second check before any alert
- Telegram photo alerts, voice calls for urgent events, a daily summary
- Rules in plain words for zones, times and people
05
Clear about the boundary: vision only
Foreman is visual intelligence. It works from what is visible in the frame: people and where they are, motion, visible flame and smoke and, where set up for your site, gowning and PPE.
It does not measure temperature, particle counts, air quality or contamination, and it has no contact with your process. It is not a sensor, and it does not replace your validated environmental, quality or food-safety controls. It makes your existing discipline visible and provable. It is not a substitute for the instruments your standards require.
- Works only from what the camera can see, with no thermal, particle, gas, chemical or contamination sensing
- No audio, weighing or access-control hardware
- Complements your validated quality and safety systems and does not replace them

Questions
Questions, answered.
Do I need to buy new cameras or hardware?
No. We work with the cameras you already have: Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus, Dahua, or any RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR. Our software installs on a computer inside your plant in 60 seconds. No new hardware, no rewiring.
Can Foreman detect contamination or monitor temperature in a clean room?
No. We work from what the camera sees: who is in a zone, movement after hours and, where set up for your site, visible gowning. We do not measure temperature, particle counts, air quality or contamination, and we do not replace your validated environmental and food-safety controls.
How does it help with audits?
We keep a timestamped, photo-backed record of flagged events, such as an entry into a clean zone after hours or a gowning lapse at a door we set up for you, plus a daily summary and a weekly PDF report. When an audit comes, you have dated evidence of how your discipline held up, instead of reconstructing it from memory.
Will it flood me with false alarms?
A second, larger model checks every possible event before you are alerted. That keeps false alarms low, so a flag from Foreman is worth acting on.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs on site, and your recordings stay on your premises. We send event photos and clips for the second check, and a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes. Event media is deleted after 30 days. We never train on your footage. Our security page has the full detail.
How do I set up rules for my plant?
In plain words. You can say things like "tell me about movement after 8 PM" or "alert me if anyone enters the clean room on Sunday", and draw the zones that matter. Gowning checks are set up with our team for your doors.
