01
Built for Urla, Siltara and the rice belt
A rolling mill and a rice mill look nothing alike, but they share the same problems at night: large open yards, valuable raw material in the open, trucks coming and going through a weighbridge, and a skeleton crew across a big compound.
The cameras already cover the yard, the gate and the mill. We watch every feed continuously and tell the right person in seconds.
- Software only, on the DVR and cameras you already own
- Covers yards, weighbridges, mill bays and godowns
- Telegram alerts with a photo, and a voice call for urgent events
- Built for dust, heat shimmer and low light
02
Fire warning for husk, cable trenches and hot metal
In a rice mill the risk is husk, bran and bagged stock, dry and dense. In a steel plant it is cable trenches, hydraulic oil and the areas next to hot metal. We choose with you which cameras watch for fire, leaving out the ones pointed at furnaces and hot metal.
We look for the first visible smoke and flame and alert you in seconds with a photo.
- Visual smoke and flame detection on the cameras you choose
- Covers husk stores, godowns, cable runs and panel rooms
03
Scrap after hours and idle mill stands
Scrap, billets, coils and bagged rice all leave the same way: at night, in a vehicle, across a yard one guard cannot cover. We know when your yard should be quiet and flag any person or vehicle there. The rule is a sentence you write, for example: "call me if a vehicle enters the scrap yard between midnight and 6 am."
Vehicle and weighbridge logging, idle mill-stand tracking, and helmet and vest checks are set up with you for the areas you choose.
- After-hours intrusion alerts around yards, gates and godowns
- Vehicle and weighbridge logging, idle tracking, and helmet and vest checks
- A daily summary and a weekly PDF report

Questions
Questions, answered.
Will Foreman work on my existing DVR, or do I need new cameras?
We work with the cameras you already have. Hikvision, Prama, CP Plus and Dahua connect directly, and any standard RTSP or ONVIF DVR or NVR works too. No new cameras, no rewiring.
Can it handle the dust and heat of a rolling mill?
Yes. Cameras pointed at furnaces or hot metal are left out of fire alerts, set with you. Our own AI models, trained in-house, are built for dust and heat shimmer, and a second, larger model checks every event before an alert goes out.
Is this a replacement for my fire alarm?
No. We see smoke and flame the way a camera sees them; we are not a heat or smoke sensor. Keep your certified fire-safety systems in place and use us as the early visual warning on top.
My mill runs shifts round the clock. Does Foreman work at night?
Yes. We watch continuously across every shift and are built for night video from ordinary cameras.
What does it cost for a typical Raipur mill?
₹400 per camera per month, four cameras minimum (₹1,600 a month), plus GST. A 16-camera site pays ₹6,400 a month, and annual prepay gets two months free. Start with the free 7-day trial on up to 32 cameras, no card.
Where does my video go?
Detection runs at your mill, so your recordings stay on site. We send event photos and clips, a small preview photo of each camera every few minutes, and live video only when you open it. Clips are deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data and never train on your footage.
